Relaxing Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is incredible and the property and clean and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by the bottle of wine left for us on our arrival. It was the perfect setting for our quick weekend away. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Lovely view, you do have to bring you own sheets and towels but everything else was provided. Owners are very nice :)

September in Meredith

Our family, including our two young sons, absolutely loved our stay. You can’t beat the views out to the lake and the convenience of a quiet sand beach just steps from the house. The check in process was smooth and the owner was very responsive to questions. We hope to book here for our vacation next summer!

Peaceful Lookout

The Property was clean and seemed well maintained. Great views of the lake. There were stairs down to the waterfront but it was lovely there, great for swimming and water stuff. Water levels were high so not too much area for sitting, there were tables and a swimming dock. Waterfront is shared but this was never an issue and never crowded. Cottage was well equipped. No air conditioning but plenty of fans and it was comfortable. Master had lovely view and sliding doors to deck. Very nice spent a lot of time there. Hosts were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to others

Lakefront cottage

Everything you could want for lake vacation. Private Beach, raft, dock, gorgeous lake view, sunset, great property owner. Forever family memories.

Comfy house and beautiful view

My husband and I loved our stay at the charming little house. The deck was perfect for gazing out at the beautiful lake view which is one of the best we have seen. Margo and Matt were very helpful with anything we needed and were very friendly.

Perfect lake cottage getaway

This was a perfect long weekend getaway for us. The cottage had a great layout, spectacular views of Lake Winni from the deck and a nice little beach to hang out and swim. What was the even better was that it’s walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Meredith. Margo was a tremendous host and was available at the drop of a hat with any questions we had. We will definitely be looking into staying here again when we come back to Winnipesaukee.

Great Location

This is a nice little cottage. It has a great view looking down Meredith Bay with Gunstock Mountain in the distance. Lakefront with a small private beach and a dock, that we fished off of. Easy walk to Meredith where there are many nice shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Hanafords Grocery store. Was very quiet at the house the week after Labor Day. The only negative was that the wi-fi was very weak in the lower level where the kitchen and living room are located, also in the second bedroom. Was best outside on the lake side and in the master bedroom. We wanted to sit in the LR after dinner and browse the web and couldn’t - had to go outside.

Great Getaway!

We had a great time at Kim and Margo’s place! It is perfect for a quiet stay at the lake. Everything we needed was there, and they take great care of their place. We hope we can stay again, next time we’re in NH. Thanks again, Margo and Kim!

Awesome views with a cozy, cabin feel

Thank you Margo, Andy and Kim! Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at your cottage. The views were amazing and the proximity to the beach was priceless. We highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a place to stay in Meredith. It's in walking distance to town. If you have small children, the beach is perfect. Thank you for being very responsive and always available to answer our questions.

Amazing Vacation

Thank you so much to Margo and Kim! We loved our stay at this vacation rental. Margo and Kim answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage has a stunning view of Lake Winni. I would absolutely stay at this rental again. Highly recommend.

Great treat

There are two things that I would like to mention about this place. First is the location. It is a great view to wake up with every morning. Second is the accommodation. The house is clean and well served. The owners are friendly and treat you with care and respect. The first thing that impressed us a lot was that when we walked in, there was a handwritten welcoming note signed and on top of it was a bottle of Italian red wine. That might not seem such a big deal but it was for us because right there we realized that owners of this house cared. We look forward to returning again. KB

Outstanding view of Meredith Bay

Our family enjoyed this property. Owners were very attentive to all the details. While we didn’t have the best of weather we still managed to enjoy several outdoor activities excluding a sail on the Mount Washington boat and a hike to the top of Mount Major. The property was perfected located within walking distance to town. We would certainly stay at this property again for it was spotless and very comfortable.

Excellent!
