Bougainvillea Holiday Villa, is part of Seychelles Island authorised and certified tourist establishment. Has been in operation for over 9 years.. This new listing created as VRBO has change it subscription method and we have to create new listing for each accommodation option we have. Reviews can be found at this other listing for the property as VRBO could only transfer reviews from previous subscription to only one listing due to their systems limitations.

Nestled only 700 metres from the coast in the lush tropical mountainside with ocean view, just 3 minutes away from spectacular beaches lies this modern and spacious residence. Situated in the beautiful Southern part of Mahe which is renowned for it's peacefulness, it's many beautiful beaches(just to name a few, like Anse Royale, Anse Forbans, Anse Parnel , Anse Intendance,(voted one of the best on Mahe), Anse Takamaka,Baie Lazare, Anse Soleil, plus more. The Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons. Flyscreens on all windows.
Relax on the large verandah's enjoying the Ocean view, Flora & Fauna. Residence ideally located in a peaceful and safe location with all that you need for a your self catering close by. We can also provide breakfast and dinner as well. ( not included in rental rates).
Cleaning every third day included in rental and also we also provide a "Welcome Starter Pack" on arrival to help you get started on your stay. Internet with WIFI included in rental.

Un petit coin de paradis sur Terre
Si vous cherchez un endroit idyllique pour vos prochaines vacances aux Seychelles, je ne peux que vous recommander chaleureusement ce merveilleux lieu. Niché au cœur d'un cadre naturel époustouflant, cet endroit est un véritable havre de paix et de tranquillité. La maison est spacieuse et propre, et le jardin très agréable.

We love the outdoors, spending quality time with family, cooking is a passion, and relaxing on one of the many amazing beaches close to us on Sunday afternoons. We can get you to experience the creole cuisine as we can also provide breakfast and dinner. So don't forget to ask, if we can we will love to get you to experience the Creole cuisinne.
With our extensive experience and with many years experience in the tourism industry, working with tour operators we can assist you with what you can do during your holiday. If you don't know what to do, don't worry, we'll have plenty of suggestions.
Family run self catering guesthouse where we take pride in our property and love hosting guests from all around the world with a touch of the creole spirit . You have your full independence with your private accommodation close to our residence, and always there for you , to be of assistance. You accommodation is cleaned every second day, with fresh linen.
