This spacious, sunny 3rd floor (with lift) apartment looking out over the mountainside and ski lifts, is a stylish holiday retreat at any time of year.

The apartment is in a very family-friendly residence and sleeps 5 people. The bright open-plan, living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV. Two sets of French windows open out onto the private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy uninterrupted mountain views. Back indoors, the dining table seats 5 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

The residence has a large, heated, indoor swimming pool; a popular spa (closed 24th & 25th December); a gym; a sauna; a children’s indoor play area; café and a ski shop.

Extra: There is a comfortable, single sofa bed in the living room.

Please note that the SPA is open from December 22, 2023 to April 30, 2024, every day from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. (with the last treatment at 7 p.m.). The café will be open from December 16, 2023 to April 30, 2024, every day except Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We regret to inform you that access to the pool is closed until further notice due to a malfunction of the heating system.

Location
Vallorcine is set in spectacular mountain scenery and the slopes around the village are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.

The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes drive)

Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
