Living room with balcony facing Mont-Blanc: a spectacle you won't get tired of!
Very functional, this 36 m2 apartment is located on the 1st and top floor of a small condominium with outdoor park and free parking. Located in Praz de Chamonix, close to the golf course and the Flegere skilift. A few minutes by bus or car will take you to the city center of Chamonix, unless you prefer to go there on foot via a flat and pleasant path along the Arve river (30 mins).
Composed of a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) as well as a cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (80x190), the apartment is ideal for 4 people.
Thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, very quick to convert and comfortable (140x190 with 18 cm mattress), you can even sleep 6 people.
Exit cleaning (60€ - obligatory), as well as linen (sheets and towels: 10€ per traveler - optional) will be paid to the concierge upon your arrival.
Angélique from the ChamKeys concierge service will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.
The length of stay is 3 days minimum, except during school holidays when we favor reservations of at least one week.
Arrival from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m. in order to prepare the apartment for the following vacationers. THANKS

Very nice stay : Clos des Mousserons, Chamonix

Near Chamonix, a very nice place, clean and quiet. The host communicates easily and nicely. I really recommand this location. The view was just wonderful !

Amazing property close to ski slopes.

This is an amazing property in an amazing location. Only a 10 minute bus into the centre of town, and a 5 min walk to the nearest lift. Host was super communicative and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

It couldn’t have been better

Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at this apartment. The apartment was exactly as it looked in the advertisement. Clean, spacious and well equipped. In situations where we needed help, both the owner and host were very accommodating and fixed the situation immediately. Would really recommend:)

Long Ski Weekend

Extremely clean and well described property. All the essentials for preparing your own meals. Ski rack on the deck. Easy off street parking. Very efficient space that served us well. Ski bus is a short walk but we drove to the various areas. Don’t try to take your car into town on Friday or Saturday night. You’ll never find a parking spot. We walked on the well lit river walkway which takes around 30 minutes to the restaurant district. You can’t go wrong with this rental if you want an efficient well- located space.

Appartement très bien situé, calme et confortable pour deux personnes. Manque notice utilisation pour télé, micro onde et grille pain, il faudrait des appareils beaucoup plus simples en utilisation. Hélas, avons perdu une après midi suite à problème serrure (12 à 18h) et propreté laissant à désirer à notre arrivée, alors que nous réglons tout de même, 60euros pour le ménage! (poils d'animaux sous pieds de table chaises et tapis couloir, toiles araignées dans chambre, linge plus que froissé, problèmes électriques) , un peu déçue dans l'ensemble

Schönes kleines Appartment mit sehr schönem Blick

Alles gepflegt, gut ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Traumhafter Blick auf den Mont Blanc. Sehr netter Eigentümer. Zusätzlich sind 60€ für Endreinigung vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen und ggf. extra für Bettwäsche.

Nous avons passé trois jours à parcourir les multiples espaces de ski de Chamonix

Appartement bien agencé dont les chambre permettent de loger confortablement deux couples et deux enfants ou ados. A 5mn à pied du centre et 10mn du téléphérique. Jolie vue, espace arboré. Idéal pour trois jours à une semaine. Une conciergerie rend la logistique simple. Attention : c'est au locataire de la régler, en sus du prix de location.

Bonjour Jean, Merci pour votre appréciation. Une petite précision concernant la conciergerie: c'est bien le propriétaire, et non le locataire qui paye la prestation d'accueil. Le locataire doit simplement régler le ménage de sortie (obligatoire avec procédure COVID) et éventuellement l'option linge. Ces 2 prestations, et leur paiement, sont bien détaillées dans l'annonce.

L'appartement est cosi avec vu sur l'aiguille du midi et le mont-blanc. Tout y est et fonctionnel. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour et nous reviendrons chez Jean-Luc avec grand plaisir.
