A fantastically decorated property with all amenities, really is a lovely place with off road parking and fantastic views. Really well done to Ian the owner!

My second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first.

My second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first. Excellent accommodation, very clean and well equipped in a lovely village. It’s close to many great places to visit and there are lovely walks nearby. It’s quiet, has a lovely view from the sitting out area and there’s two nice pubs within a few minutes walk. Tesco, M&S and Sainsbury’s superstores approximately 10-15 minute drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our second visit to The Barn in Holymoorside, and just as enjoyable as our first. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable, and close to plenty of places to visit in the Peak District. Thanks to Ian for the welcome pack and tips on local walks! Hope to return again in the future.

Fabulous 4 night stay at The Barn.

Fabulous 4 night stay at The Barn. Ian, our host was on hand to ensure a warm welcome. The cottage is well placed for the beautiful Derbyshire countryside and local attractions. We were here to visit the amazing Chatsworth Christmas decorated house, market and light trail, which we would highly recommend and is only a 10/15 minute drive away. The cottage, which is very cosy and welcoming, has been comprehensively refurbished a couple of years ago is really well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend and plan to come back in the summer time.
