This small yet eclectic 1 BR APT is renovated, spacious, has all you need and is literally next to everything that is worth seeing or doing! Its strategic location next to the new exceptional Goulandris Museum, which is an experience on its own, makes this place a perfect choice if you want to discover Athens easily, on foot or any means of transportation.

It’s cozy, convenient, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for extra guest/s.



This place radiates coziness! It’s located at walking distance from the Historical Center of Athens, next to the new, amazing Goulandris Museum and most important landmarks and monuments. It’s spacious, modern, and convenient.

It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, so it can accommodate more than 2 people, another plus! Whether you’re staying for work or leisure, you’ll enjoy a perfect sleep on the Sealy mattress in the bedroom, designed for ultimate comfort. Whether you choose Athens for a city break, a romantic getaway or a business trip, it is definite that staying here will not only make your trip easier, but also one to remember.



Pangrati area is hip, full of coffee shops, restaurants and bars, and very close to the Historical Center of Athens where one can find all the museums and landmarks. A big park offers an opportunity for a beautiful walk or exercise. This is an area that you can enjoy day or night. It is recommended to visit the ancient, marble, “Kallimarmaro” Stadium, where the Olympic Games were being held in Ancient Greece. If you are looking for an open terrace to enjoy your lunch and coffee, we would recommend “Arbaroriza”. You could combine it with a visit to the new, stunning “Goulandris Museum” to experience an amazing private collection of famous works of art! You will be within a 10’-15' walk from the heart of Athens, Syntagma Square, the National Garden, the Acropolis and Plaka area.

Perfect spot to explore Athens

At booking we requested two single beds or the use of the bed settee in the sitting area. On arrival we discovered two problems firstly that there was no bed linen for the bed settee. Secondly the bathroom sink had water in it and would not drain away. We messaged Valentina who was wonderful and sorted both the issues for us, sadly it took two days to get linen. Although this experience was disappointing Valentina did her best to resolve the problems

This was a wonderful stay in the heart of Athens. Close to a small supermarket, bars, and restaurants. We especially recommend Meat and Roses ! The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable - easy to use the blinds and the a/c was a blessing. Communication was excellent throughout and included booking an airport transfer at much the same price as Uber. Faultless and highly recommended

Appartamento bello e ben fornito. In cucina non c’è finestra luminosa ma è un particolare non importante. La via è tranquilla con graziosi ristoranti, è vicino a Syntagma con parchi stupendi. 10 minuti alla metropolitana oppure 25 minuti a piedi verso il centro.
