Welcome to Tournesol, a charming 3-bedroom bungalow nestled in the peaceful countryside of Nadaillac-de-Rouge. Perfect for families with children, this lovingly furnished home sleeps up to 7 guests and features a fenced round swimming pool (1.20 m deep), large private garden, and play equipment for endless outdoor fun. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped open kitchen, two bathrooms, and a cozy conservatory ideal for cooler days. The covered terrace with barbecue invites alfresco dining, while the front terrace is perfect for morning coffee. A high chair, children's bed, and party games make this home especially family-friendly. Pets are welcome, and there's parking for three vehicles. Explore the region's rich heritage with day trips to Château de Beynac, Castelnaud, and Montfort, or marvel at the underground wonders of Gouffre de Padirac and Domme's cave. Het huisje was oké als onderkomen voor een week, waarin we een aantal leuke uitstapjes hebben gemaakt naar de Dordogne, hoewel de bedden tamelijk smal waren voor ons als lange Nederlanders. Aan het einde van de doodlopende weg kon je fijn wandelen langs een randonnee. Wel waren er een aantal loslopende honden die ‘s avonds ook op ons erf kwamen (we schrokken erg van een husky, die in het donker op een wolf leek;)) De ontvangst door de housekeeper en tuinman was zeer sympathiek, het zwembad was zeer aangenaam (het tuinmeubilair overigens tamelijk door de zon verweerd en aan vervanging toe).

Koelkast stond niet aan bij aankomst, dus meer dan een dag moeten wachten tot onze drank gekoeld raakte en dat bij 34 graden, in de oven aluminiumfolie met etensresten. Verder wel een heel aangename omgeving.
