In the hamlet Durand 3 km from the centre of Saint Chamarand, 35 km from the centre of Sarlat-la-Canéda, 30 km from the centre of Rocamadour, in a quiet position, 7 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 with trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 7 km, bus stop "Carsac-Aillac" 25 km.
"La Bergerie de Durand", 6-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: large lounge with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Perfect country site hideaway for our family

The house and the surroundings are fantastic, lying in the quite countryside, nice seating areas under beautiful old trees, big child friendly garden, and refreshing (gated) pool, which is cleaned by the house owner discretely every morning. The incheck process went smoothly and the communication (in French) with the owner was pleasant. The house itself has all the facilities you need, but is a little dated (which didn’t bother us though). Except for the clean new bathroom with a very nice shower.

Wunderbar ruhig und erholsam

Das Ferienhaus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und die Außenanlage einmal pro Woche gepflegt. Wer absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Außerdem bietet die Umgebung eine Vielzahl von Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Burgen, Bastiden, Kajakfahrten auf der Dordogne usw.

Ruhe, Natur und ein wunderbarer Pool

Ländlich gelegenes riesiges Grundstück und toller Pool. Alles da was man braucht, auch wenn die Jugend WLAN vermisste. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Mittelalterliche Städte und viel Natur. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht aber kein einziges Wort englisch und auch sein französisch ist schwer zu verstehen. Wir waren vor 7 Jahren schon einmal da und haben unseren erneuten Besuch nicht bereut.

Maison très au calme assez proche du premier village 5kms. Bien équipée même si pas "tendance" mais peu importe car on vit surtout dehors pour profiter du cadre Loueur très sympathique et disponible
