Barn End is situated in Watermillock, just a few hundred meters from the Ullswater shoreline, an idyllic position surrounded by open fields with lovely views from the grounds. Barn End is oozing quality and character with its original features and beautiful furnishings. It is perfect for a family break or an activity holiday, with lockable storage for canoes, bikes, windsurfs etc.
Situated an acre of beautiful gardens and only a stone’s throw from the lake, with walks from the doorstep, including Aira Force where you can enjoy stunning views of Ullswater along the way. There are a few local inn’s and hotels that are within a mile from the property, serving hot homely food. There is much to do and see around Ullswater, from the spectacular Aira Force waterfall, to walks on the high fells or cruises round the lake on the Ullswater steamers.
