Beautiful house, lack of proper maintenance

When we arrived we noticed a strong humid odor, the host told us that it hadn’t been rented for a while.The next day we noticed that the bathroom on the first floor had a water leak on the wash basin, we also noticed that the bottom of the pool was green, it took three days for someone to come clean it. To our surprise we found another bathroom on the second floor with a washbasin leak that was cascading into the drawers underneath. Also some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and the beds only had sheets, no blankets so we ended up buying some. The house has a great potential but sadly it hasn’t been properly maintained, we recommend to the owners to check that the company in charge is doing their job.

Comfy Place Away from Home

This place was cozy, tucked in a nice community full of nice neighbors and children. The house was functional and easy to utilize. The pool was mostly private which was nice for late night swims. The location was accessible to downtown Playa as well as traveling to Tulum or Cancun. We did have a hot water issue but the property manager quickly responded and resolved the situation within 24 hours of notifying her. Other than that, everything was smooth and seamless. Please note that the property allows a certain amount of electric usage per day and if you go over the allowed limit, there is a small fee per extra watt used. We did go over our usage limit a little bit, but the extra fee was worth it for us. We would stay again!

Nice Place but lacks basics and amenities!

Location great! House is large with great rooms and beautiful pool! But! 1 bath towel, 1 face towel per person for 6 days! Washer no dryer! No outdoor table and chairs by pool or on upper patio! Only very uncomfortable white thing to try and sit or lie on! Can’t drink water but only provided 1, 5 gallon bottle! When asked for more finally delivered 2 bottles that didn’t fit water dispenser! No garbage bags provided! 1 dish towel, no paper towels and no dish soap provided! This is suppose to be a short term rental! Then to add to all! We had to pay extra for electricity! Floor from kitchen to dinning area had step down that blended into it self and was the cause of many near falls! Should be highlighted! Would I rent again, no!

Hi Patricia When I meet you at the house to bring the coffee machine you never mentioned anything about towels, so I could showed you that the closet had a lot of them, also I sent you a message explaining how to get the water refilled just leaving the container at the front door, if during your stay you were got with us we would be able to help you in any request you had but i never heard from you after we met
