Great Views, Great Location, modern & cozy Apartment (renovated 2022)

Thank you for your feedback and best wishes!

Thank you so much for the very positive feedback. We also wanted to give you 5-star feedback in all categories. Unfortunately, I pressed the send button too soon, resulting in a lower rating – we apologize for that. We wish you all the best for your future.

Thank you and all the best! Christine Paul

Thank you so much for your nice and positive feedback. We are very glad when guests enjoy a good time in our apartment and in Grindelwald. All the best and thank you for your booking, Christine and Paul

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. It was exceptionally hot across all of Europe—and much hotter in many other places. Grindelwald is situated in the mountains, so the terrain isn't entirely flat. If the slight uphill walk to the village proves too strenuous, you can take the bus for one stop. Bus travel is free with your guest card, and the bus stop is just 50 meters from the chalet and easily accessible (even for those with limited mobility). We hope you were able to enjoy your stay nonetheless. All the best!

Thank you for your nice feedback and we are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. And yes, that's correct, shampoo and body wash has to be brought with you or can be bought at one of the many shops in Grindelwald. Have a great time and thanks a lot. Christine and Paul

Thank you for your booking and for the nice review. Best wishes, Christine + Paul

Thank you for your positive review 🙏☀️

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our apartment for your holiday destination. Unfortunately, you had some bad luck with the weather. Grindelwald is located in the mountains, so it‘s not flat everywhere. There is no elevator in the Chalet Jasmine that’s true, but our apartment is located only on the 2nd floor (not on the top, 4th floor). We hope you were still able to enjoy your holiday somewhat and wish you all the best.

Thank you very much for your nice feedback. All the best for 2026 Christine and Paul
