In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 1.4 km, grocery 1.4 km, supermarket 1.4 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Stein" 270 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.8 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, cable car 2 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 270 m, children's ski school 2.2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open large living room with cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra) with dining table. Bath/WC. Underfloor heating. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
