This spacious apartment is located in a quiet condo with a pool and relaxing surroundings close to Oura Strip, Oura Beach, and other popular attractions.

Take a dive in the swimming pool or enjoy an al fresco dinner/coffee on one of the two balconies...it is all for you.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything a family of 4-6 might need for an excellent vacation.

What you will enjoy:

- Located in a quiet neighborhood away from tourists crowds and noise, yet close to everything you might need.

- Close to the Oura Strip nightlife and restaurants (5 min walk) and Old Town (5 min drive).

- Nearest beach at 15 min walk distance (Praia da Pedra dos Bicos).

- Walking distance to the grocery store (ALDI- 3 min walking).

THE SPACE:
- A decent size pool with relaxing surroundings.

- Spacious and fully equipped apartment.

- All rooms have Airconditioning and high-speed WiFi.

- Two well-sized balconies where guests can enjoy coffee/dinner or just sunbathe.

- Huge living area with a TV, a dining table for six, and a sofa (2 guests can be accommodated in the living room with a folding bed).

- Beach/Pool amenities such as sun umbrella and beach towels are provided (no need to pack them).

- Family-friendly amenities such as a high-chair and a crib are provided upon request at no additional cost.

Apartment was everything you could imagine and more! Absolutely outstanding property exactly as shown in photos and even more impressive in person. Stayed for a week with two friends and had the most amazing time. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in luxury.

Had a wonderful time in apartment. It has everything you need. Host was very helpful. It is close to all amenities and close enough to strip to enjoy the busy or the quiet . What ever you prefer. Shall come back here again .

A very pleasant Stay

We stayed for a week, and i must say that it was a very pleasant one . The apartment was clean and well decorated, with all necessities provided. The location was great , as it is walling distance to the strip, Aldi, bars and restaurant. The check in was smooth as the hostess named Oskina, was already at the apartment to welcome us .We will definitely stay there again when in town next time around .

Another great stay at this wonderful apartment. Has everything you need to travel light and have a great stay. Pool towel's, shower gel and shampoo. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of bedding and towels. Tv with lots of channel to choose from and WiFi is great. Easy booking and check in with hosts replying to you messages very promptly. A well deserved top rating for this apartment and and its hosts. Will be back soon.

Excellent accommodations and location

The condo is just as the listing indicate, It was in an ideal location; just 10 minutes walk from the strip; about 40 minute walk or less to Old Town; and the supermarket was about a 5 minutes walk. The area was quite and very nice. Access to the bus and Town Tourist Train was just a few minutes walk. Host was great. Met us at the condo and communication was never an issue. Would recommend highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous apartment

Some of the pictures don't justify how lovely and spacious this property really is. The positive feedback from other guests helped our choice. Close to shops bars and restaurants, of our third visit to Albuferia this was the nicest apartment we have stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised by our welcome pack. Communication with Taras was excellent and would definitely recommend this holiday apartment. We hope to return next year!

2nd stay

2nd time at this appartment and as my previous review this appartment offers all you will need to have a great stay. Everything from booking to leaving is easy with the owners replying near instantly to messages. The appartment is spotlessly clean and has great aspects to the front, rear and side. Kitchen is well equiped. Pool towels were also provided which is a welcome addition saving on packing space. I would stay in this appartment again...
