Lounge area with children's play corner and pool table. Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 luxurious en suite bathrooms comfortably sleeping a family of 4. End of stay cleaning, linen and towels provided. Living room is tastefully decorated with armchairs and sofa opening out onto a balcony with breath-taking southerly views across the valley. Dining room table with 4 chairs. TV with european satellite and radio channels. Free wifi available in apartment. Ein sehr guter Ort für begeisterte Skifahrer

Die Wohnung liegt in einem großen Appartment-Komplex etwas oberhalb von Flaine. Das Auto steht geschützt in einer Tiefgarage, eine Piste hinter dem Haus führt bringt einen unter Nutzung des Gerat-Sessellifts zu den Liften und abends ist fährt man direkt ans Skidepot. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Blick ins Skigebiet. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder sind zudem bei entsprechender Belegung sehr praktisch. Das Haus bietet einen Wellness-Bereich, ein gehobenes Restaurant und es gibt auch einen Brötchenservice. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich gut um seine Gäste und es gibt auch eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, mit der der Kontakt sehr nett war. Sie hat sogar einen Tag vor der Anreise angerufen und so hatte man schon vor der Ankunft ein gutes Gefühl!

Wonderful apartment on the edge of Flaine

Had a great time in Flaine in this wonderful apartment. It's in a skion and out hotel complex with a swimming pool, gym, ski lockers, and a great reception area who are so helpful. It's a 5 minute walk into Flaine... or jump on a bus or the hotel shuttle.

Great Apartment and building facilities

Lovely clean apartment with excellent facilities. Ski in Ski out when Garets Chairlift is working, though ski bus stops outside and is regular and only 4 mins to slopes if it is not. Great communication by owner.

Great apartment with perfect view

Very nice apartment in a building with great amenities. The apartment is modern, cozy and clean. The views from the balcony are superb and it's a great spot for coffee or drinks. We loved our stay!

Flaine apartment and location perfect for family ski holiday

Fab apartment in a great development with a restaurant, pool and sauna just above Flaine. Great ski in/ out access and really helpful owner and management. Great holiday and we hope to stay again. Thank you. *only 4 stars for cleanliness because the apartment wasn’t sparkling perfect as the paint needs a refresher / bathroom a deeper clean. Overall 4.5* Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Lovely family apartment perfect for skiing in Flaine

This apartment was perfect for a weeks skiing in Flaine. We had friends in another apartment in the block so we were able to ski together and have supper in the nearby restaurants. It had a wonderful view and Emily was excellent as our resort rep. Would definitely recommend.

Un super séjour ! Parfait

Très bel appartement. Superficie parfaite pour 4 en été. Décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Accès aux équipements de la résidence inclus dans le prix de la location et notamment parking couvert, piscine extérieure chauffée (29°), jacuzzi (34°), hammam et sauna. Accès à Flaine Foret à pieds. Restaurant sur place très pratique bien que un peu excessif côté tarifs. Pass activités Flaine permet tout un tas d'activités idéal avec des enfants (attention à bien étudier le programme et être dans les premiers à réserver à l'ouverture des inscriptions)

Super séjour avec un appartement très bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne Par contre attention l'établissement se trouve vraiment en altitude il ne faut pas avoir le vertige et avoir peur de conduire sur des routes assez dangereuses Sinon rien à dire ! Je recommande !

Formidable

Très bel appartement dans une structure agréable. La vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique, les montagnes environnantes propices aux randonnées. Dommage que seul le téléphérique des grandes platières soit ouvert l'été, tous les télésièges sont à l'arrêt. La piscine extérieure est un vrai bonheur, chauffée à 29 degrés constant nous avons pu nous baigner même les jours où le temps était capricieux. Hammam, sauna et jacuzzi justes parfaits. De nombreuses animations sont prévues pour les familles à Flaine directement accessible à pied ou par la navette gratuite depuis les terrasses d'Eos.

Bel appartement avec Vue magnifique

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour trois, pour une durée de trois semaines en Juillet et nous avons passés de bonnes vacances malgré cette période complexe (Restrictions dues au COVID) Concernant la location : Les +++ : - La vue et l'espace dans appartement - L'isolation des pièces qui permettent d'être au calme - Linge de maison et de toilettes fourni (sauf gants / éponges pour des raisons d’hygiène évidentes) - Les petits kits fournis pour la cuisine et le ménage - La qualité des literies - on a tous dormi comme des bébés - Les accès à la piscine / jacuzzi /salle de sport de l'hôtel sont bien inclus. (Très fréquentés) - Les propriétaires et le personnel de l'hôtel sont à l'écoute et sont réactif au moindre problème :) Les - : - le Lave-linge & le sèche-linge sont dans la laverie de l'hotel ... et sont payants. Comptez un peu moins de 10E (été 2020) pour laver et sécher vos affaires - la lessive est fournie. A SAVOIR > - Port du masque obligatoire dans l’hôtel et le restaurant dus aux restrictions en période " Covid " - Pas de Distributeur d'argent à FLAINE forêt > il faut descendre à Flaine forum en été (accès facile à partir de la galerie marchande de Flaine FORET) Malgrès ces dernières notes c'est probablement un des meilleurs emplacement et hotel du coin et les vues de l'appartement sont splendides (chambres et salon / terrasse) si vous voulez visiter Flaine, les alentours et aller faire un tour sur le désert de Platé (d'une beauté à couper le souffle), c'est parfait !

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, chaleureusement meublé, vue sublime, piste de ski à l'arrière du bâtiment, parking... Et service mis à disposition par le centre de vacances (piscine, salle de cardio, ménage, Et surtout les services à raclette et fondue!) Parfait pour un bon séjour. responsive hosts, excellent place

i highly recommend clive and anne-marie's place (and flaine). we know the resort and the 'terraces d'eos' apartments well having stayed in a few different apartments here down the years. but, what makes this place great is how responsive clive is in his communication prior to the trip. i received almost instant replies and the arrival details were clear and detailed. everything was seamless. we love that we were able to park our (electric) car right next to the door to clive and anne-marie's apartment. the tesla destination chargers at the entrance to the car park are brilliant (as ever) as well. the apartment has great views to the front from both bedrooms and the living room. wonderful location. we started to choose the terraces d'eos apartments years ago as they are ski in/ ski out. they're great for that.

Christmas and New Year stay 2019

Lovely clean, modern apartment with everything you need. A bit smaller than we had expected but it really didn’t matter. The ski bus And shuttle bus were great. We had a very scary drive up to the resort on the day we arrived because we stupidly didn’t have snow chains ! The hotel restaurant food is great, it’s a shame that there isn’t a separate bar area to relax in the evening but other than this we had a really good two week stay.

Wonderful Holiday in Fabulous Accommodation

This was our fourth visit to Les Terrasses d'Eos and so say no more!! The accommodation is excellent with amazing views and facilities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a true ski in ski out residence and we were so lucky to have enjoyed fabulous snow conditions and weather in Flaine. The ski area is varied with pistes to suit all abilities. We enjoyed leaving the Flaine bowl and skiing down to Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt- all very enjoyable runs. We used the leisure facilities in the residence each evening, thoroughly enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam-all excellent! The bread ordering service is also most helpful to save going out in the morning to buy fresh bread. The free taxi service in the evening was great too, if we fancied a lift home after visiting the restaurants in Flaine. We would very much like to thank the manager of the apartment, Clive, for his help in making the booking process so easy. Clive answered any questions we had promptly and sent lots of useful information about the accommodation and local area. We would highly recommend booking with Clive and would love to return to Les Terrasses d'Eos again in the future.
