Positioned in an elegant condominium in the best part of the city, a stone's throw from the thermal baths and the historic pedestrian centre, recently renovated and well-furnished bright 2-bedroom apartment a few steps from the Terme di Acqui and places of tourist interest. All comforts included, elegant and modern look, welcoming atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, flat smart TV with Yamaha soundbar + Netflix, fast internet.

Suitable for single travelers or couples with or without children (2 adults + 2 children). We may exceptionally accept bookings from 3 adults (but not 4).

My apartment is 105 square meters large and consists of an open day area with kitchen and dining area on one side and living room on the other side, 1 double bedroom with 1 private bathroom and 1 walk-in closet, plus a bedroom for children ( with sofa bed plus cot), a closet and 2 balconies.

My apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children OR 3 adults + 1 child).

I renovated the apartment and bought the furniture (new furniture, decorations, utensils, etc.) in 2020 and haven't spent much time there since. It's literally new.

Despite being located in the heart of the city, my apartment is very quiet, especially at night (a good night's sleep is guaranteed).

The apartment is equipped with 7 radiators and 3 split air conditioning units to keep the temperature warm in winter and cool in summer.

The internet is super fast (provider: Fastweb, up to 100 Mbps) and in the living room there is an office corner with a very comfortable ergonomic chair.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts (fully equipped kitchen, 55' flat smart TV, Yamaha soundbar, Netflix, new towels, sheets, etc.).

All utilities are included in the price (also on monthly fees).

Parking is not a problem, there are literally dozens of free parking spaces on the public road within a 100m radius of the house. NOTE: The car is actually not necessary as my property is located a few steps from the famous Thermal Baths and from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, cinemas, pharmacies, etc.

The master bedroom is large (20m2) and is equipped with a king size double bed (200cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and another piece of furniture with 5 drawers. The master bedroom leads to a spacious wardrobe room and to the private bathroom (with washing machine).

The children's bedroom is about 13 m2 and is equipped with a sofa bed (140x180) and a cot (60x120), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and games for children.

The windows are new and triple glazed for better thermal and acoustic insulation. The shutters are automatic.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire property except for one closet in the walk-in closet where I keep my personal belongings.

After making the reservation, in accordance with Italian law, the guest must present a copy of the passport (photo or scan, pdf or jpg) for each person who will stay overnight in the accommodation. Citizens of the European Union have the possibility to send a copy of their national identity document. For your information, Airbnb stays are treated as hotel stays and Italian laws impose the obligation on the host to collect an identity document for each guest and to share the information with the Italian immigration authorities. Under no circumstances is the guest authorized to enter the premises without the prior presentation of a valid identity document. If you've made a reservation and don't feel comfortable sharing your ID with the host, cancel your reservation immediately.
