Excellent communication- we felt so welcomed. Ademar showed us around the property and shared fresh chicken eggs for breakfast with us. The house was beautiful, clean, and had modern essentials and everything anyone would need!

Amazing property! I don’t cook when I’m on vacation, but the kitchen was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I equally enjoyed the tranquillity and view with the proximity to town.

Carol and Ademar were incredible. This place was our favorite ever stay, the view is incredible. Casa Victoria was clean, welcoming, and cozy! The attention to detail here is beyond imagination. We will absolutely stay here again!

The house is exactly as described and is impressive, we loved the house and property, it was a highlight of our trip. As a bonus we had several monkeys climbing in the trees on the property. It's a longer drive then we expected to excursions around La Fortuna but we would stay at this property again when we return. The communication with the owner (Carol) was excellent, highly recommend for visiting La Fortuna area.

This home is incredible! Carol and Ademar thought of every detail! You will lack nothing if you stay here. The surroundings, the farm, the pool were all just perfect. And let Ademar show you around their farm-it was such a treat-especially getting to meet Kucan the baby Tucan! We ate fruit off the trees, drank coconut water, and took home fresh eggs. The communication was exceptional when we had questions and the hosts are lovely people. Don't pass up this opportunity-- you won't regret staying here.

The house was amazing! The exterior photos don’t do justice of just how beautiful the property is! The house was spotless! The host were wonderful and answered a bunch of questions I had before arrival and were always so quick to respond. We had everything we needed at the house so we were able to cook at the house. There was plenty of space and the rooms were big. We loved the town the home was in. We ate dinner a couple of times in town instead of going to La Fortuna and we actually liked the town more than we did La Fortuna. It’s quiet and peaceful. We felt safe the entire time! I would 100% recommend renting this home.

One of the best properties I ever stayed

This property is meticulously designed and impeccably maintained, set in a stunningly beautiful location. The host’s communication was exceptional, prompt, and friendly. The fresh eggs provided were a delightful touch! I can’t say enough about how truly amazing this place is—an unforgettable stay!

Casa Victoria exceeded all expectations! The view is amazing and the sounds outside the door are soothing — it truly felt like nature's music. The pool is top notch!!! Enjoyed it very much!The house included everything we needed!Bedrooms were set up great and were very comfortable. Hosts were always responsive and incredibly welcoming and provided a tour of the property surrounding Casa Victoria. We learned about their abuelita, plants, earthworms, and their plans for a frog farm and community garden for future visitors. We can't wait to return!

Oasis Awaits

Beautiful property with every detail well thought out. Very modernized and loved AC in every room (even main living/kitchen area). Grounds well kept, kitchen fully stocked, even a dishwasher! We stayed for a few days and did LaFortuna activities with rental car. Didn't mind 20 minute commute to LaFortuna. Felt safe, friendly neighbors & dogs as we drove by, but this place is tucked back completely private from surrounding neighbors.

Perfect!

Carol and Ademar, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. From the fresh farm eggs, comfortable clean house that felt like home to the most serene gorgeous landscape around us, our family had the most perfect vacation in the la fortuna area. A little slice of heaven

The home and property is gorgeous, private, clean and very well maintained. Carol was always prompt in responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Casa Victoria to anyone looking for beautiful views and sounds of the rainforest.

La Fortuna 2025

Property was clean and beautiful. We loved the outside space. Our hosts, Carole and Ademar were very responsive and friendly! Ademar gave us a wonderful tour of the property and cooked us a superb dinner one night! We saw lots of howler Monkeys and birds, even a Toucan….the resident sloth and her baby played shy. I would highly recommend this property if you want to stay in this area. We stayed 3 nights and I wish we stayed at least 4! There is so much to do in the area!

Casa Victoria is amazing in every way!

We came here with our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our stay at Casa Victoria exceeded our expectations. Carol and Ademar were terrific hosts, responding quickly and providing great advice on local spots. Ademar and his nephew Justin prepared a delicious meal for us one evening, and Ademar took us on a tour of the rainforest surrounding the casa. The home was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities. We truly loved it here.

Beautiful home in jungle

This home is located on a family owned farm and is right up against the jungle with beautiful views and away from the touristy vibe often found at resorts. Our hosts were very friendly and offered tours of the area and cooked a delicious meal for us when we arrived. The pool was warm and house as nice as described and in photos… plenty of room for our family. Recommend to have your own rental car to get around and see the sites around Arenal and Fortuna… a short drive but worth it to be away from the crowds and experience nature.

Beautiful Property, Amazing Hosts

We stayed in Casa Victoria for 5 nights in August, 2024. Carol is a great host and very kind and responsive to any questions I had. I loved the little touches upon arrival, a welcome board with wine, a detailed brochure with a lot of information about the property and area. The property itself is spotless, the design is beautiful and it is so spacious. Everyone loved having their own private space. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the friendly neighborhood dogs. The house is located about 15-20 minutes outside of La Fortuna so, make sure to pick up some groceries upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals so you’re not going into town for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks Carol & Ademar, for a wonderful stay!

Amazing House - tucked away and short drive from La Fortuna

The house was wonderful. It was very clean and just as advertised. Our young kids loved the pool and all the wildlife all around. We saw lots of exotic birds, monkeys, and more just sitting pool side and walking through the forest adjacent to the property. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. Both the pool cleaner and the on-site owner took the time to point out wild life to us each morning. While we didn't realize this at the time of booking, we actually loved that this house is slightly outside of La Fortuna and we enjoyed exploring Chachagua. A car or private driver is likely necessary as a lot of tours will not pick you up at this location. This house was amazing and we loved every minute of staying here.

Oasis in La Fortuna

We recently stayed at Victoria House (at the foot of the mountain) for three days. Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the Carol was clear and prompt throughout the entire process. The home is beautiful and well appointed. We appreciated the newer and well-maintained property including the beautiful swimming pool. The grounds are also secluded and lush--although we were close to town, we felt that we had our own little oasis in the jungle. Consistent WIFI was greatly appreciated. The location of the house is also close to multiple attractions and restaurants. In addition to feeling welcomed and at home in the house, we especially enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared by Ademar on our last evening. It was amazing! We will definitely consider returning to Victoria House and will recommend it to our friends and family traveling to the area.

Beautiful retreat!

Casa Victoria was even better than advertised! The gorgeously modern home is placed at the edge of a forest with huge windows and sliding doors leading out to views from every room—you can even see Arenal volcano on a clear day. The home itself is very clean and is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in throughout our extensive travels. It was the perfect retreat to return to after a day of hiking and sight seeing. The large pool, outdoor shower, and chairs were very relaxing. We were able to make dinner at home in the amazing kitchen. The hosts, Carol & Ademar, were incredibly welcoming and responsive. On our first morning, Ademar met us to explore the family farm, showing us the many crops growing and even let us pick fresh eggs for our breakfast. You can tell the hosts take great pride in their property and strive to make it enjoyable, even providing us with a bottle of wine and coffee for our stay. They thought of everything! Stay here and get away from it all.

Ever window is a picture. BEST VRBO EVER!!

Hosts were the best! Thank you Carol and Adamar. Loved Adamar and nephew cooking dinner for us. Adamar gave personal tour of the most beautiful property with all of its flora and fauna plus its animals. Saw a black owl and many birds including a beautiful Toucan. Beautifully done house with a very well stocked kitchen. Enjoyable 15 minute drive to La Fortuna for souvenirs annd lunch and also loved the little town of Chichagua 2 minutes down the road where we got some groceries wine and good pizza. Easy to get to the well known hot springs. Paradise Hot Springs with the day pass and couples massage was a very good Valentines Day. We enjoyed the pool and the very pleasant warm rain squalls. It was like a sauna outside. Very peaceful. Need a car. A Must See!! 2/21/2024. From Washington State❤️
