My 12 year old daughter and I spent a week in the Bluebonnet at Holiday Acres. Everything we needed was provided for a comfortable stay. My daughter enjoyed the view from the loft, overlooking acres of beautiful green Christmas trees. We were a little worried about the smaller hot water tank but we both managed without either of us having a cold shower. The heater kept us nice and toasty the night a cold front came through. Upon arrival the place was clean and decorated tastefully. With the property sitting off the beaten path, mornings and nights were quiet and rather peaceful. Our stay was during peak tree sales so for a few hours in the evening we had the pleasure of seeing families pick out their own Christmas tree. They rode out into the field on hay rides, chose a tree, cut it, then a hayride back to the barn resulted with their tree being wrapped and paid for. Kids enjoyed the farm animals, campfire, jumpin on hay bales and more. Holiday Acres is a very festive place with no shortage of charm. I would have no issue suggesting either tiny house at this location for family and friends. The owners and employees were all very kind and welcoming.
