Get ready to relax in this tranquil 1 BR/1BA Tiny Cozy Retreat located behind the main home fully fenced and gated for privacy, providing you with everything you need and more.
Guests can enjoy amenities like Outdoor Features: Pool & Spa jacuzzi, 60-inch Smart TV, Fridge, and Plenty of outside seating. Inside: Queen bed in the BR & Futon sleeping sofa provided for extra sleeping space, WiFi, AC, W/D, and designated work space. Close driving distance to Hobby Airport, An abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Centrally located between Downtown Houston, Kemah Boardwalk, & Galveston Island with fast & easy access to everything, including Beltway 8, Hwy 225, 45 & 610 fwy.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
Guests who stay 3 nights or more have full access to the pool and Jacuzzi/Spa. Guests who stay 1 or 2 nights can access the pool for a small fee.
