Superb apartment with communal pool in La Mata Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 people. Located in a seaside area, near restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets (Mercadona 300m) and 1 km from La Mata beach



3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers plenty of privacy, a lush shared garden and a magnificent view of the sea and the swimming pool. Its geographical location, setting, comfort, proximity to the beach, its facilities (town centre 10 minutes by car, bus stop 20m away) make this property a true haven of peace for your family and/or friends.
