Tranquil 2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment overlooking Lakes

Gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment located on the quiet urbanisation area of San Luis.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. There is a lovely balcony just off the living area which looks over natural parkland towards the Natural La mata lake.

The apartment has UK Sat TV as well as Spanish digital tv. It has Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. All rooms are also fitted with ceiling fans.

There is fibre-optic wifi internet (Very fast)

The communal pool is just a few steps away and is open 10am until 10pm.

The apartment has a huge spacious private roof terrace which has all-day sunshine and beautiful views over the natural parkland and of the La Mata lake. The terrace has a pull-out gazebo fitted to help provide shade if required.

The local shops , bars and restaurants are about a 10 minute walk and this is also where you can get a bus that goes into the main town centre if you wanted a little more nightlife, a visit to the beach or the market etc.

This suited our needs on the quiet edge of the urbanisation. A 10 minute walk to bus stop for the bus into Torrevieja (every 40 minutes) Several bars in the square, mainly English. Closest bar Oasis with a good selection of food a 6 minute walk away. Good supermarket close by.Lisa, the owner was excellent with good communication and assistance if needed.The apartment had a very good pool which was big enough for a decent swim. Nice views from the roof, ideal for sun bathing.

Quiet location, beautiful pool

Perfect retreat with everything provided good internet/TV reception. Very clean and the owner Lisa is friendly and very proud of the services she offers. Located between the lakes (so away from the hustle and bustle of Torrevieja) it is peaceful yet only a brief car ride from all the many attractions the area has to offer, also bars and restaurants etc Perfect private roof terrace, 1 min walk to Pool area. Good value for money, strongly rrecommend.

Appartement sans vis-à-vis avec une vue magnifique sur le lagune de mata et le lac de salines.

Après avoir fait plus de 1800 km nous arrivons en fin à San luis. Nous venons de belgique. La gérante est une femme chaleureuse et aimable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Pout tout ce qui est course, la Mercadona est juste 5 mn de l'appartement. Je recommande cet appartement fonctionnel et à 10 mn en voiture des belles plages de torrevieja: la plage de Mata, la plage de Los locos, la aux sables fin...sans oublier la belle corniche aux milles lumières de la belle et magnifique torrevieja. Nous avons hâte à y retourner.

Perfect holiday home

Absolutely wonderful experience ! 1000 time much better then staying in the best 5 star hotel.Fully air conditioned with kitchen for all you needs. Huge roof solarium with beautiful panoramic views,very quite neighbourhood Great pool just 30 sec walk from the house,that was never very busy ,so you can enjoy swimming and diving. You can’t have better holidays when you choose to stay here Beach is just 15 min drive away , shops 5 minutes away Lisa …. We thank you for best hosting we ever had

Globalmente bom mas com algumas falhas a melhorar

A nossa anfitriã, mesmo a passar um tempo pessoal difícil, ajudou no que lhe foi possível e foi sempre de uma prontidão fantástica. A única situação menos agradável foi a questão da limpeza, nomeadamente da cozinha, onde a louça, frigideiras e exaustor, que tivemos de lavar com desengordurante, para poder utilizar. De resto, a vizinhança é fantástica, a casa e piscina correspondem exactamente ao anuncio. Teremos todo o gosto em voltar.

Muy sucia, sin desinfectar y el mobiliario deteriorado

La limpieza dejo mucho que desear, con lo cual, ni hablamos de la desinfección por la pandemía que estamos viviendo. Hubo armarios que no utilizamos porque estaban llenos de trastos y ademas sucisimos. La terraza de arriba no llegamos a utilizarla (y fue uno de los motivos por los que elegimos la casa), ya que dimos agua dos veces y aun asi seguia sucia, tanto el suelo como el mobiliario. La manguera era solo la goma. La barbacoa mejor ni acercarte a ella. El toldo esta roto y deteriorado por varias partes. Tuvimos que pedir un tendedero portátil porque el de la terraza superior estaba oxidado y aun así tuvimos que limpiarlo a fondo para utilizarlo. El balcón de la casa es mas grande de lo que parece en las fotos pero igual, tuvimos que lavar todo antes de utilizarlo. El mobiliario en general es bastante antiguo y le falta mantenimiento. Del menaje de la cocina solo utilizamos lo imprescindible, ya que también tuvimos que limpiar a fondo tanto puertas de armarios como el menaje de la suciedad que tenia incrustrada. Hubo menaje que preferimos comprar a tener que perder mas tiempo limpiándolo. La casa tiene posibilidades, pero con una correcta conservación y limpieza. No vale lo que pagamos por la estancia, ni de lejos. Fuimos de vacaciones a descansar y disfrutar, no a limpiar. La dueña nos recibio sin mascarilla y a los mensajes que la mandamos nos contestaba al dia siguiente.
