poor start
The property was very basic - not at all fitted with high quality furnishings as the ad suggested.
We had written confirmation that we could check in early (12 noon rather than 3p.m.) but no-one turned up until 14.45 so we were stranded in the heat with our suitcases. Once inside,the rep left us with the only double bed broken and unusable. We tried many times to make contact and eventually a workman turned up to repair the bed. this he was unable to do and had to attend again later in the day to make further modifications. By this point we were becoming concerned and had asked to be moved to another property which had a functioning bed. This request was ignored.
Eventually, the bed was repaired into a useable condition.
The tiled floor had been swept but not washed properly. We all found that our feet became caked in dirt simply by walking on the floor.
Not a great experience and not one I would recommend
to others
