On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.



The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style with island was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffic). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs.

Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool (13m x 4m) with 140cm depth and access by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, deck floor, 8 sun loungers and large sun umbrella. Outside Jacuzzi will be available in 2023



Pool heating is available at an extra cost of EUR 360 per week.

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:

Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.

There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros

Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)

The check out is until 11am
