Perfect for group of friends

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Valentina - couldn't have asked for better. Perfect for group of friends - large pool, BBQ, table tennis etc. Great location too.

The place was great!

We had 14 people - a mix of singles and couples and it was perfectly set up for it. The communication and response was great. The location was great - 20 mins to the beach. I would highly recommend this for big groups.

Beautiful villa with high standard.

Beautiful villa with high standard. A lot of space both inside and outside. Easy to find your own space, even with a lot of guests. Good space for 3 big cars. Seashell has provided very good service during our week here. This is a very nice choise for a big familygroup of friends. Short walk to the beach and close to Vilamoura and a lot of restaurants.

Thank you for a fabulous stay. Anytime we had an issue someone was out immediately to fix it. We felt very well looked after by the superb team at Seashell. We have recommended you to our friends. Obrigada! The gates are a little hard to open at times. The kitchen doors and countertop need upgrading.

Good villa, great location

Villa Valentina is in the perfect location. Quinta do mar is walking distance from the boardwalk and some of the best restaurants in the area. The villa was a great size with plenty of space and all amenities you could require. The only issue is that it is starting to show its age. Broken shower in the master, pool waterfall wasn't working and some of the furniture was a little tired. However, i do believe much of this is priced in as more modern villas in the same location would be substantially more expensive. So overall we had a lovely stay in a good villa but in the perfect location for a reasonable price.

Lovely spacious villa

10 -15 min walk to the beach Lovely spacious villa Lovely pool & perfect sunshine spot. Would have been great to have another sun lounger and terrace table seat2 as there were 11 of us but only 9 sun loungers/chairs available. The villa numbering system out there is not as logical as assumed so took a little while for our taxi driver to find it, perhaps would be good to include some more detailed directions RE this on the site?

We had a wonderful time in the very spacious Villa Valentina

We were a party of 8 and the villa accommodated all of us easily. Plenty of sun beds and a very clean and refreshing pool meant we spent much of our time at the villa but beach only a 15/20 minute walk away if you fancy a change of scene. Would we come back - absolutely! Villa looking a little bit tired in some areas, for example the door that covers the integrated fridge had come off and was just left in the dining room,, the handrail on the steps up to the villa from the drive was rather wobbly etc, but these were minor, we ere there end of season and it did not impact on our enjoyment

Christmas in the Algarve

We had a good family holiday over the Christmas period staying at Villa Valentina. Overall this is a nice property, but there are a few observations for renters as well as the property management company. Seashell Property Management were easy to deal with and attentive. The villa is really spacious and can accommodate mixed families and children. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed, but could do with a review and upgrade of some of the cutlery, crockery, pans etc. to manage for a potential party of 10. The location is quiet and whilst the beach is around a 15-20 minute hilly walk away, it may not suit those who are looking for short stroll options as there aren’t too many. A car is therefore a must and the villa is well positioned to access VDL and QDL.. I think that this property could be elevated to a different quality level with a bit of TLC, external furniture, pool area, pergola. Internally, the decor and kitchen require attention in some places.

A Nice Villa but needs some TLC

Spacious accommodation The Wi-Fi was hopeless it only worked in the garage and we understand this has an in going problem The whole place needed some upkeep ie the pool had damaged tiles and the lip of the jacuzzi was rough and we scratched ourselves The awning over the table needed replacement The air conditioning was problematic These are a few things which come to mind

A casa é muito confortável em todos os sentidos, desde a qualidade das camas (com exceção do sofá cama) até a distribuição dos cômodos e isolamento acústico proporcionando uma interação muito eficiente. Mais papel higiênico e material de limpeza, informar melhor sobre os itens que estarão na localidade como marca da máquina de café, que a churrasqueira é a gás, que é recomendado repelente e inseticida devido as vespas e moscas que foram muitas que apareceram, sugiro procurar que deve ter algum foco na casa ao lado. A falta de água quente foi um ponto crítico pois sete pessoas tomaram banho e as demais ficaram sem a água quente, claramente o termo aquecedor não suporta todas as banheiras e banhos propostos, este alerta tb é importante antes da hospedagem.

À semelhança da Villa Lira, onde estive na semana anterior, sugiro que disponibilizem mais atoalhados de cozinha e sala: toalhas de mesa, panos de cozinha, etc. O serviço de limpeza para entrega da casa foi consideravelmente melhor, assim como a limpeza durante a semana. De qualquer forma, sugiro melhorarem a limpeza nos detalhes (interior do forno, armários, etc.) O serviço de apoio da Sra Tânia, Sra Albertina, etc é excelente! Obrigada! Cláudia Botelho

A fantastic villa with great service throughout

The place is stunning - perfect for larger groups of couples. Fantastic outdoor area - we spent most of our time there and there wasn’t much need to leave! Very few negatives - the main shower took a while to get going, and a bigger bbq area nearer the pool would have made it even better
