Private entrance, private garden and close to various beaches. New apartment located at an Unesco protected nature park in the town called Lerici. The sea and park view from the apartment is magnificent. Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa,Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc.
The space
The apartment has a nice open living room and kitchen from where you can see the sea and the park all around. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one additional separate toilet. This apartment also has a very big private garden with garden furniture and outdoor shower. From the private garden you can access also the communal garden with BBQ and pool.

The 5 bedrooms are as follows:
1. Masterbedroom with private bathroom to sleep 2
2. Bedroom with two single beds to sleep 2
3. Masterbedroom with access to private garden to sleep 2
4. Bedroom with French bed (140cm-200cm) to sleep 1-2 persons
5. Bedroom with bunkbed to sleep 2 children
Guest access
Besides access to the apartment itself with its private garden, you will also have access to the communal garden with BBQ and pool. The apartment also has its own private entrance to park around 3 cars. We will provide you with the check-in instructions a week before arrival per email. For this reason we will request your email address.
Other things to note
Tourist tax is euro 1,5 per person until 31 March and euro 4 per person as of 1 April 2024 for a maximum of 5 days. Children below 12 are exempt. Please pay tourist tax in cash at arrival.

Very cool place to stay 😎

This place has amazing views and was very clean. It is truly unique. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were six adults, and there was one thing to note. Only part of one roll of toilet paper, and the place is very remote and if you don’t have a car, you have to take a taxi. It was not stocked with some of the essentials, so make sure you have them on hand. We stayed in three places while in Italy, and this was the only place we experienced this. But it is a beautiful place!! (Scary ride up the mountain, though 😳) Joke was very sweet and tried to accommodate us, but bring some TP, paper towels and detergent.

Beautiful view

Our three generational family of 7 had a fabulous time. Breakfast and evening drinks looking over the bay is so so worth the very narrow drive up the road to the house. Normal cars are ok but we have a large 9 person van that took some time and maneuvering to get up and down the mountain into town.

Belle maison et bonne situation pour les 5 Terre

La maison est bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Nous avions loué cet hébergement pour visiter les 5 Terre et la maison se situe à 20 min de la gare de La Spezia. Attention l’annonce n’indique pas le coût du ménage, de l’entretien de la maison et de la remise des clés par Joke (le correspondant local). Bien demander au propriétaire. Nous pensions que c’était une option comme dans d’autres locations mais nous n’avons pas eu le choix... Nous aurions aimé être au courant en prenant connaissance de l’annonce.

Amazing modern apartment near Cinque Terre. Wonderful views.

We loved our stay, modern apartment, amazing kitchen and wonderful views of the sea and surrounding area. What an amazing place for a vacation. We took trips to the villages of Cinque Terre, Florence, Pisa. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Super Aussicht, tolles Haus

Die Aussicht vom Haus aus ist wunderschön, da nimmt man auch gerne die enge Straße in Kauf die dort hin führt. Im Haus sieht es genau aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen und es auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bellissima struttura tra amici. Villa meravigliosa a pochi minuti di auto dal mare ed immersa nel verde. È dotata di qualsiasi comfort, letti comodissimi, spazi ampi e ben arredati, 4 bagni. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Joke é stata molto gentile nel mostrarci la villa , quello di cui dispone ed é una persona molto carina, solare e accogliente. Grazie di tutto!

Loved our stay

We loved the property. The setting was just lovely. Everything we needed. You do need a car if you are staying and want to get out and about. Comfortable , clean, great views and great for a group.

The home is beyond belief! Impeccably decorated with extraordinary views. Joke the agent who is on site to welcome you is well informed and so warm and willing to assist. The gardener is a warm and wonderful person. I only wish we could have stayed longer. This is a home not to be missed!

gemeinsam mit einer anderen Familie durften wir sehr schöne Ferien geniessen. die Wohnung war perfekt, gerade auch wegen der vielen Schlafzimmer, Bäder und Toiletten. sehr schöner Umschwung und mit Kindern zu empfehlen. gute, ruhige Lage u. in wenigen Autominuten ist vieles zu erreichen! uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

De belles Vacances

Je vous remercie pour le séjour que nous avons passé a LERICI et dans votre belle maison. La région est très belle. La vue de la maison est a coupé le souffle. C'est un petit bout de paradis, un lieu magique de rêve qui permet de se resourcer et très inspirant avec son golf des poètes. Les 5 terres sont des lieu de paix et chargé d'histoire. Francesca est très sympathique, nous avons apprécié la rencontrer.

Fantastic views

Just returned from two weeks at this lovely property. We will miss sitting looking across the Golf of Poets and watching the sunset. It's only a 5 minute drive to Lerici and close to the sights of the Cinque Terre and Portovenere but yet away from it all. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. The owner is great with communication and is very helpful and the new property manager in Italy very welcoming. Her son showed us a beach the locals go to where we all enjoyed snorkeling and jumping off rocks. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great home away from home!

We stayed 6 nights and we had a great time! After the crowds of Cinque Terre, it’s so nice to return at night to the calm of this very clean and confortable house. And big bonus, there’s a nice espresso machine! Loved it! ;)

Panorama et appartement très agréable

Une très belle location, sur un très beau site avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas! Pour les sportifs, des départs de randonnées juste à côté et pour les amoureux de la farniente, une piscine au calme avec la vue sur la mer (au loin mais magnifique). Francesca, qui gère l'arrivée et le départ des locataires, est très accueillante et sympathique!

Het ideale appartement op een super locatie.

Wij hebben 2 weken genoten van een fantastisch appartement op een even mooie locatie. Dit appartement heeft alles om de vakantie tot een groot succes te maken. Voorzien van alle luxe die je je kunt wensen. Goede bedden, perfect schoon en een mooie ruime tuin met goed tuinmeubilair. Alles op kwalitatief hoogwaardig niveau. Hier kunnen er slechts weinig aan tippen. De sleutel werd overhandigd door de zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame Francesca. Bij vragen staat zij onmiddellijk beschikbaar. Zij en haar vader vormen zeker een prettig onderdeel van het verblijf in Lerici. Zeker een plek om weer terug te komen. Geweldig!!

amazing villa

The appartment, the garden and the pool were really nice... A very quiet location in the middle of the green with a wonderful view. The kids loved it!!! The only (negative) thing: there was only one big room to sleep... The other couple had to open and close their bed every day :-D The markets, the shopping-centers and the beaches around were cool and easy to find... We really enjoyed our stay in Lerici and surroundings.

zeer mooi vakantieverblijf

Wat een prachtige omgeving om je vakantie door te brengen. Een zeer mooi en modern ingericht appartement, mooie aangelegde tuin, terras met een geweldig zicht op de baai van La Spezia ... Om uitstappen te doen moet je niet ver: de stadjes en dorpjes in de buurt hebben voldoende te bieden: La Spezia, Lerici, Tellaro, Monte Marcello, Portovenere en uiteraard de Cinque Terre. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Francesca en de Italiaanse tuinman Giogio is een uiterst charmante man. We beleefden hier een van onze betere vakanties in Italië!
