Très contents de notre séjour à Massa en août 2025. Nous étions 8 personnes et 2 petits chiens. La maison est grande et bien équipée dans l'ensemble. Pas de climatisations classiques mais des ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces et plutôt efficaces. Les pièces étaient propres.Il manquerait un micro onde dans la cuisine et les salles de bains ne sont pas toutes modernes. La literie est ferme mais correcte.Le quartier est calme et la plage est à 15 min à pied. Il y a un hypermarché à une dizaine de minutes en voiture ou une superette à 10 min à pied. Je ne sais pas si c'est exceptionnel mais nous avons eu beaucoup de moustiques.Le lieu est bien car nous avons pu visiter une partie de la Ligurie et de la Toscane.L'accueil a été bon et plutôt en anglais.Conseil : si vous venez avec un van, il faut prendre des précautions pour les dimensions car les rues sont petites et nous avons eu du mal à manœuvrer pour rentrer le véhicule (Ford Tourneo).

Vacation with 2 families

We spent our vacation in Pietros really nice house. We we're 2 families and had enough space in this good equipped house. Everything you need to sleep, eat and relax was there.There are so many trees around the house that we enjoyed staying in the backyard.The barbecue in the garden was too small for 2 families.It's a 20min walk to the next beach. Which was not a problem for us.

Correspond à l’annonce, maison bien équipée et propre. Grand salon. Vélos sans freins, mais les pneus étaient gonflés. À revoir par beau temps!

Adatta a gruppi numerosi

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni in questa villa. Si tratta di una casa molto grande in grado di ospitare fino a 13 persone. L'abitazione è stata recentemente modernizzata e ristrutturata. Il punto di forza secondo noi è il giardino, un luogo ombreggiato e molto spazioso dove trascorrere pranzi, cene e altri momenti della giornata in gruppo. Le macchine posso essere parcheggiate all'interno del cortile, anche questo è stato un vantaggio. Come suggerimento potrebbe essere aggiunto un microonde in cucina. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza piu che positiva.

Ferienhaus Villa Massa

Der Zustand dieser "Villa" ist einfach nur grauenhaft. Küche uralt und verdreckt, alles klebt, Spüle ekelig. Geschirr musste vor Gebrauch erst mal in der Spülmaschine gespült werden. Töpfe sind nicht zu benutzen. Die Schränke riechen modrig. Kleidung konnte nicht hinein gegeben werden. Handtücher teilweise löchrig und verschlissen, rochen modrig. Mussten vor Gebrauch gewaschen werden. Das gesamte Mobiliar gehört zum Sperrmüll. Bäder uralt, Abläufe rostig, Schimmel in den Ecken, Toiletten schmutzig und ekelig. Fenster in diesem Jahr noch nicht geputzt. Die Kunststoffstühle auf der schmutzigen Terrasse sind zur Hälfte kaputt, der Sonnenschirm ist voll mit Stockflecken. Die beiden Liegestühle sind verrostet. Garten ungepflegt. Vom Besitzer keine Spur. Die Schlüsselübergabe wurde vom Bruder übernommen und bei Abreise sollten wir die Schlüssel im Haus lassen und die Haustüre zuziehen, denn er hätte kein Zeit. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe!! Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder!!!

Wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!

I stayed here with 8 friends (all between 20-30) for a week’s holiday and we had an amazing time! Beautiful house and garden, very spacious for nine people (comfortable chairs/sofa space dining room seating and beds easily for everyone) we could have had an even bigger group). Towels, bed linen and all necessary kitchen and dining equipment provided. A great location - 15/20 minutes walk from the beach, around half an hour drive from beautiful mountain hikes, just over an jour from Cinque Terre, locals restaurants and food shops a 5 minute drive. 45 mins drive from Pisa airport, around 1hr30 from Florence. So a great place to be based for days in the area and for day trips out. Pietro was extremely helpful and fast in all communication and flexible with our requirements for check-in/out. A wonderful stay, would definitely recommend to anyone! So reasonably priced for a great week :)

Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Das Haus war sauber und schön gross. Es hatte alles was man braucht und sogar neue Fussböden. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Komunikation lief problemlos obwol sie kein Deutsch sprechen, ein wenig Englisch und Übersetzer. Wir erreichten den öffentlichen Strand zu Fuss in 20Min. Die Strasse war nich so stark befahren und es hatte immer wieder Schattenteile, deshalb mit den Kindern gut machbar. Der Sandstrand war sauber und lagsam abfallend ca.10-12m Kniehöhe. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, Vielen Dank

Top mit winzigem Mangel

Das Gesamtpaket ist top, einziges Manko ist das WLAN, welches alle 2min abbricht und dann wieder 5min Verbindung sucht! Außerdem vermisst man als Deutscher einen Duschvorhang; da in Italien aber allgemein die Duschen keine Vorhänge haben, kann das kein Kritikpunkt sein. Wir waren 10 Personen, da wirds mit den Gartenstühlen langsam knapp, wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!

Schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist etwas älter, aber das sieht man auch auf den Bildern. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön bewachsen, so dass man sehr viel Schatten hat, was bei über 30°C sehr angenehm ist. Mehrere Fahrräder stehen auch zur Verfügung.

Huge house in quiet location near the beach, great for a big get-together and day trips to cities

Booking, keys and welcome were so smooth, and Pietro's kindness made up for our lack of Italian (and his lack of English). The big garden with space for playing ball games and parking as well as patio dining and using the barbecue, was exactly what we wanted. Everything in the house worked - water, electr, gas, dishwasher, etc ; the beds were freshly made and there were ample towels for our use. The kitchen with basic equipment served us well and we bought fresh produce from the Carrefour/Essalunga in Massa and Fortei de Marmi. The web photos don't do the house justice, it is much bigger, the lounge /dining area includes beds and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are also very spacious with extra beds and a cot. Although the bikes were very basic, they were sufficient and used extensively for the short cycle to the beach - it's about 20 minutes walk - beautiful beaches, warm calm sea and "beach clubs" with deckchairs and cabanas (umbrellas or gazebo's) to pick and choose from, as well as pizzerias and many dining and dancing hotspots. We drove 30 minutes and visited beautiful Lucca, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Florence as well as a drive to La Spezia to take the taxi boat to Cinque Terre where we walked between the towns, and returned with the train. Pietro's house is perfectly located, big, and cool, close to the town but away from the noise. We had a brilliant time. Thank you for renting it to us.
