Orchard Barn started life as a humble stables and hayloft in the 1800’s. Over time it became derelict until it was converted in 2002 along with the neighbouring farm buildings at Penberthy Farm. Now a beautifully converted barn, providing delightful reverse-level holiday accommodation, Orchard Barn comfortably sleeps 4 plus a cot in 2 good-sized bedrooms. The perfect holiday cottage in Cornwall.
Orchard Barn is set in an idyllic rural location, just a 10 minute drive from St Ives and the north Cornish coast’s glorious sandy beaches. The delights of Marazion, St Michael’s Mount and The Minack Theatre are also within easy reach. Looking for a holiday cottage in Cornwall... Orchard Barn is idyllic for families or couples.

Ideally located for exploring the delights of West Cornwall; there are 12 different beaches within 20 minutes of Orchard Barn (and even more a little bit further). That's a different beach everyday of the week!

We had some wonderful days in Madlen‘s beautiful Orchard Barn. Everything was as described. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable. Madlen‘s folder with useful information was very helpful.Thank you for that wonderful accomodation - we recommend visiting Orchard Barn!

Orchard Barn is the most delightful holiday home. Cool and refreshing when its hot and cosy and welcoming when its wet and chilly - the Cornish weather can give you everything, anytime of the year!
Orchard Barn is ideally located in a peaceful rural area, with enchanting countryside views, yet just a few minutes drive from numerous beautiful beaches, picturesque Cornish towns and many local attractions and tourist destinations.
