Effectively, Kinegua House, is located in a privileged place: at the edge of the Natural Park where we find the volcano "Calderón Hondo", a must to visit and ideal for children and adults. We try, as you indicate, to design a house that will provide all the contemporary comforts for people who choose Kinegua House to spend their vacation, without forgetting about respecting the tradition of the houses of the island and make the fullest so our guests feel as in their own home: personalized attention, fluid communication, recommendations, friendly and professional reception and departure... We appreciate your advice on the pool: it is something we are thinking about rectifying in the future so that all guests can enjoy it to the fullest. Hola Marisa, Julien y Óscar, muchas gracias por vuestra opinión. Estamos encantados de poder haber conseguido vuestra expectarivas. La casa Kinegua fue proyectada y diseñada por la arquitecta Rebeca Hurtado y, uno de sus principales objetivos, era que el huéped llegara a sentir la casa como propia tanto a nivel funcional como práctico. Agradecemos enormemente tu recomendación sobre las cortinas, es muy importante para nosotros y para seguir mejorando. En el Módulo Principal, decidimos confeccionar unas persianas tipo "vencianas" para que el propio huésped pudiera permitir el paso gradual de luz y privacidad a los dormitorios, y para que, a nivel de diseño arquitectónico, su presencia fuera liviana en beneficio de que la ventana formara "un cuadro de volcanes" cuando miraras a través de ella. En el Módulo Medio y Menor, sí que hay doble cortina opaca tipo "foscurit" pues son ventanasles/puertas que dan paso a la terraza. Otro de nuestros objetivos es prestar la mayor atención al huésped, no solo durante la estancia mediante un trato personalizado (sugerencias, solución de dudas, comunicación fluida) sino también antes de su llegada (envío de información sobre la isla, itinerarios, cuestionario "antes de viajar") y posteriormente a su salida (cuestionario de satisfacción, bono fidelidad para futuros alquileres). The point you made about the architecture of the house is very accurate; Rebeca is an architect, she designed the house and we are all very proud of her. The garden is a part of the house we are very proud of. We saw how the plants have been growing since we planted them when they were very, very tiny; and as time passed by, and with the caring we have given to them, they've become beautiful. We are sorry about the "scrambled" weather, that's something we can't control... :)) (even if we'd like to)..... Anyway, Fuerteventura is a destination where you can usually find a good weather. It is always very nice that a guest (and repeater !!) values our work and the characteristics of the house positively. Our goal is to make sure we give the best service to our customers and that they know what to expect when they decide to come to Kinegua for their holidays. Efecctively, Kinegua is a villa to enjoy it. When Rebeca designed it was her top priority: to invite the guest to stay at the house and enjoy it using its great versatily and spaces to relax (both inside and outside). At the end ... no need to "get out". We seeked an unique site, and we think we found it: powerful landscapes, direct relationship with nature and just minutes away from beautiful beaches. Dear Ira & Chris, First of all, we would like to thank you for the quality and detail of your feedback, covering all aspects of your experience at Kinegua but also the surroundings, the "pueblo" and else that beautiful Fuerteventura's north offers!!! It is always a real pleasure to have guests like you, that not only enjoy the well deserved holidays, but also appreciate the effort put into making Kinegua as ideal as a destination as possible.
