TD Trulli Fico d'India w/ Pool Immersed in Nature

Trulli Fico d'India is the perfect place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, without sacrificing every comfort. The property, consisting of seven authentic cones and a blade, can accommodate up to 8 people.
The main entrance leads to the living room, carved into a large cone and characterized by suggestive stone details. The room is furnished with a sofa area and TV.
On the right side is the kitchen, located inside the blade and equipped with every comfort. The room has a large table with chairs and a French door with a view of the garden and the pool. In this area there is also a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, also with direct access to the garden.
The other three bedrooms can be reached through a corridor. The master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, has a private bathroom with a shower. The second double bedroom, on the other hand, shares a “Jack and Jill” bathroom with the adjoining bedroom, furnished with two single beds.
The lush garden has a 12 x 6 meter swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers. A patio adjacent to the lamia houses a large stone table and a barbecue: the ideal space for outdoor lunches and dinners, with a wonderful view of the olive trees and the pool.
The house is located just 6 km from the center of Ostuni, the famous “White City”, and is located in a strategic position for visiting Cisternino and the Itria Valley. The nearest airport is Brindisi Airport, about 35 km away.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection may be slower than urban networks, since the area is not served by optical fiber.
For security reasons, the property is equipped with surveillance cameras placed exclusively in outdoor areas, to protect guests and owners.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
Late check-in fee: between 20:00 and 00:00 €100.00. Check-in after 00:00.
