The entrance to the property is via the beautiful roof terrace and into a wonderfully large bright and airy hallway. Leading off the hallway.
The first room off the hallway is a large modern bathroom with an extra large walk in shower and also a large bath to soak in. A toilet, a vanity sink and a storage cupboard complete this modern space.
The next room is a large dining Kitchen with everything you will need for a home from home experience. The Granite island provides seating for six people. USB points and plugs are located around the kitchen island and can provide a comfortable work space. Altertnatively enjoy your breakfast and catch up with local news and weather on the wall mounted smart TV.
The kitchen is large and has extensive Granite work tops and integrated appliances. Cook an evening meal on the Bosh Oven and Hob and enjoy glass of wine from the wine cooler, or a cold beer from the Kenwood American style fridge freezer.
The large lounge boasts large bay windows with blackout blinds and ceiling to floor lined curtains. Get comfortable on the L shaped sofa to watch a Netflix movie on the 75 inch wall mounted smart TV. Snuggle on the cuddle chair to read a book.
Next to the lounge is bedroom 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, draws and a wall mounted smart TV.
On the second floor is Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed, hanging space and draws for clothing. Watch your favourite movie on the wall mounted smart TV or Simply close the blackout blinds and lined curtains for a great nights sleep.
Bedroom 3 has a Super Kingsize bed, hanging space and draws plus a wall mounted smart TV. The large velux widow gives the space an airy bright feel.
The whole of the property is fitted with a deep pile carpet. The bathroom and Kitchen have tiled floors.
