The roof top apartment, which is located in an elegant building from the late 19th century, consists of an open space lounge and open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an enchanting private terrace of approximately 30 sqm with view over the roofs and domes of Rome, including the Church of Sant'Andrea della Valle. The perfect place to start your day discovering the city, close to the most important places of interest such as Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona, but at the same time an intimate and quiet apartment when you are looking for refreshment after a day of leisure. In the immediate vicinity, just around the corner, you will find Campo de Fiori: it will welcome you every morning - except Sunday - with its traditional and characteristic market with fresh and local products. The neighborhood is also famous for its lively nightlife, with numerous clubs and restaurants serving traditional Roman cuisine and some international options. For lovers of bread and white pizza it is mandatory to stop at the historic Forno di Campo de Fiori, and for lovers of local gastronomy instead indulge in a traditional Roman dish at the Salumeria con cucina - Roscioli. Furthermore, in the neighborhood there are many boutiques and art shops, enjoy a walk through the elegant Via Giulia, via di Monserrato and Via del Pellegrino, you can find unique artisan shops and renowned art galleries.

Fantastic rooftop patio with lemon trees and flowers in pots. An attic apartment can be a little funky but this one is very comfortable. Great location right around the corner from Campo donor’s. Very quiet and serene location.

Wow this was a special, cozy apartment right in the heart of the city. Loved everything about our stay, especially soaking in the magic of eternal Rome at dawn and dusk while looking out over the rooftops and vistas all around from the rooftop terrace. Wish we’d stayed longer. Would love to return.

Great property and great location. We loved the large balcony with an amazing view. It was great to wake up and walk right out of the bedroom to go out to the balcony to start our day. It was also nice to end our night out there eating and relaxing. Being able to have a little kitchen, living room, full bathroom and washing machine really made it feel like we had our own little home while in Rome. The location is very convenient to walk right down onto the charming streets of Rome with endless amounts of restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location & Roman Terrace out of a Movie

Great central location. I walked to everything within 30 minutes. Easy communication with questions and check in. The terrace was out of a Roman movie filled with flowering plants and fresh limes- a terrace thatched roof with twinkle Lights over looking two beautiful church domes. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your review! Very sorry that you have putted two stars to my place because of the price and did not added other comments about your stay. The apartment is situated in the heart of Rome two steps from Piazza Navona and it is unique apartment on attic floor in the building with concierge, amazing terrace with the view! I find that the price was correct for the apartment, central position, services and the season of your stay - as the price is offered on the base of the similar apartments in the area.
