This brand new charming 1-bedroom apartment is located just 100 metres away from the promenade of Bugibba. This 70 sqm apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, one bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining and living room. It also has an extra sleeping area. It is located in a brand new block of 1 bedroom self-catering holiday apartments and a penthouse.
Apartment specifications:
The apartment has a front balcony plus a back terrace with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). The Apartment measures 67 sqm internally,
There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.
The apartment has one main double bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room, and a sleeping area in the corridor with 2 single beds. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons.
Facilities:
Fast unlimited Wifi internet
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair Dryer, iron and iron board and Washing machine.
Cots, highchairs and extra beds are available on request.
Airconditioning in all rooms.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.
Baggage room - available at no cost
Getting around
Close by there is also the Malta National Aquarium, many nice Lidos, Beach Clubs, Bugibba Jetty (where you can take day cruises to the Blue Lagoon and Comino), takeaways, Al fresco restaurants, etc. For the kids, there is a playing area by the Aquarium and also an aquatic play area (open in Summer only).
Bugibba is a touristic destination, has many nice rocky beaches and also a perched sandy beach and it is close to all the major Sandy beaches.
St Paul's Bay is on the main bus routes that connect the North to the South.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 100 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.
- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.
- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. TV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

My father Joseph Galea started to rent holiday apartments in Malta back in 1981 and so it has become a family tradition.
Our holiday apartments are in the best touristic locations of Malta and have been designed, built and furnished for this purpose.
We do our best to offer high quality accommodation at the best prices. Unlike small holiday home owners we are always available, have our maintenance staff, cleaning staff, and dedicated representatives which welcome our guests and see to all their needs during their stay.
Our offices are open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm in Mosta. During the day we remain in contact with our guests by, Email, Whats App, Facebook, SMS, Phones and our helpful staff which will be visiting apartment blocks seeing to our guests’ needs.
We also offer a 24/7 telephone support service during your holiday.
