Nice time!

The apartment was exactly as described. It is in a great location and had nice touches when we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice apartment

The apartment is in a great spot, the beds and furniture we cheap, and uncomfortable. We did not complain because the location is so awesome, but we would not likely stay again due to the quality of the linens, beds, furniture and the colors are horrific.

Awesome flat

Truly lovely apartment. No hot water last night for some reason but in all fairness we didn’t inquire why. One room was warm. Heat was coming out the portable AC unit in the back. perfect location. worth it truly

I booked this apartment for 6 nights but checked out as soon as we walked . Totally false advertisement.

Totally Misleading

This was a horrible experience for myselt, wife and two teens. We booked 4 nights and left after the first night. This is not a safe environment for families. Then entire building is owned by the same group. they have someone in the lobby in a hoody who does not say hello or even smile. at times there were up to 4 men in stairs just hanging out. all looked shady and gave us a bad feeling. there are not locks on the apartment doors except the main key lock, which i noticed the cleaning ladies had a master key of.... this was casuse for concern given the shady men likely had master keys as well. I had asked the host about negative comments and his line was these were people that wanted refunds due to last min cancelations and because hed did provide refunds they retaliated with negative comments. after staying there one night all the negative comments here are true. the place smells, its dirty and the mattresses are dirty and they do not have mattress covers. the pictures look nice, but it's not what the place is run down, the windows leak and the furniture are cheap and falling apart. the shower doors don't open fully, and it's obvious they have not used skilled tradesmen to do any of the work. this place is trying to use the apartment building as a hotel and cramming as many beds and baths as possible. sure the location is good but thats it, for disclusure i did ask for 50% of my money back as I advised them that i had left after the first night I got nothing.
