This villa with a private pool offers you luxurious accommodation with a modern and sophisticated design. The harmony between the decoration, architecture, and functionality of the space will impress even the most demanding guests.
The villa features:- Private pool and garden with a barbecue area;- Outdoor deck with a dining table;- Large living room with dining and living areas;- TV with cable channels;- Free WiFi;- Fully equipped kitchen, including washing machines and dishwashers;- 3 rooms, 2 of which are ensuite with WC;- Fantastic closets;- 1 common access toilet;- Air conditioning;- Private parking.Location and Proximity:- Located in Albufeira, close to services, bars, restaurants- 0,3 km from the Private Hospital- 2,4 km from beaches- 1,5 km from Strip Oura- 2,7 km from the historic center of Albufeira- 9 km from Salgados Golf Course- 33 km from Faro Airport.Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €750 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *
