Beautiful house with a very private courtyard, located in a quiet area. Spacious areas, 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook. A short drive from Ferragudo, Portimão and some very beautiful beaches. We made the most of the courtyard and the swimming pool, with several relaxation areas.

Very satisfied with this house, ideally located in a quiet area

Very satisfied with this house, ideally located in a quiet area. The house is very well equipped there is really everything you need for everyday life. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. The living room is tall and comfortable. The pool is very good. The chairs and sofas are comfortable. Good sun protection available for the dining table and sun loungers. The terrace with the sunset is amazing

he villa was great. Family of 5 stayed there happily. Air con nice and cool, Villa was clean and had everything we needed, garden and pool area was brilliant, sun all day and a nice bbq and pizza oven. Sesmarias the little village is quiet and the location felt peaceful and safe. There are a couple of restaurants and a shop within 10 mins walk although you wouldn’t want to do it with young kids. Then Carvoeiro is great. Loads of little shops and restaurants, the boardwalk is breathtaking and the beach is great. The Villa is a short drive from everything from beaches, to water parks, to supermarkets etc. highly highly recommended.
