We recently purchased this apartment and we completely reconstructed and refurbished it. It is new with 1 bedroom with a double bed, a lounge wth a sofa bed (turns into 2 single beds if necessary) a 40 inch TV set, cable TV with 65 channels, free Wifi, DVD player and various DVDs available. . The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher machine and all the necessary kitchenware (pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc). The bathroom is very pleasant, new and modern. Ideal for leisure or to work from home (reliable internet).

Great location

This apartment is ideal if you enjoy family beach time. Quiet location walking distance to the beach and also Santa Luzia where you find restaurants, cafes, bars and the delightful harbor with its colorful boats.

Travelling through the area

The property was in a nice location, and the train to the beach was an interesting feature. We found it an easy walk to restaurants and along the shoreline. Communication was excellent and responsive.

Superb location - great little apartment

We love the area and the apartment did not disappoint. The property was exactly as described and well equipped for its size. Everything was there that we could have wanted or needed. Carlos was super helpful and provided some useful top tips. And allowed us to check out a little bit later. Which was much appreciated.

Great apartment in great location

The apartment was super clean, had absolutely everything someone needs to stay in comfort. The host was great and gave detailed information and tips about restaurants, etc. The place has a great bar where we really enjoyed. The aloteamento is pristine, the pool area great. I can only imagine how nice in the summer. Quiet and family oriented. Praia do Barril is beautiful. I would recommend to anyone.

Relaxed and comfortable Holidays

We spend very agreeable and relaxed holidays in Carlos apartment in Pedras d’el Rei, a beautiful place to stay some days at the Algarve. The apartment is nice renovated with all the comfort you need. The kitchen is well equipped, so we often went to the market in Tavira and bought some fresh legumes and fishes to cook it by our own, even if there are lots of small restaurants nearby. Carlos wrote sometimes to ask, if anything was alright, but there was no reason to ask him for something. We had a really nice stay here and would like to come back in another year.

A brilliant break

A great place and excellent base for getting to know the Algarve. The apartment has everything you would need, excellently equipped and with plenty of space. It's close to the beach and the other facilities in the Pedras del Rei complex but just minutes away from the motorway or the railway line, within walking distance of the great restaurants in Santa Luzia. It comes with excellent information from Carlos to get you orientated and with suggestions to try out. We were able to settle in quickly, get to know the immediate area - walking to Tavira and back (hot but good) and over to Luz to get the train, all on back lanes to avoid the traffic - and then starting to explore further afield. We loved every minute and plan to get back there soon.

Hervorragend eingerichtetes Apartment in ausgezeichneter Lage. Der Vermieter hat vorher sehr gut über alles informiert und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die 24h-Rezeption und der Service innerhalb der Anlage waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Un superbe sejour

L appartement est vraiment tres bien. Propre, super literie, espace tres bien organise et sa situation geographique permet de visiter les environs facilement. Le site Pedra Del Reis propose piscine, restau, snack, superette a des prix tres tres correctes. Il y a la plage a 1.5km avec possibilite de prendre un petit train compris dans la location, la voiture est sur un parking securise. Le village Santa Luzia est a 2km avec une belle promenade et de tres bons restaurants abordables. Nous recommandons cette location et y reviendons avec plaisirs. petit train

A casa tem todas as condições para um casal com 2 filhos. Casa remodelada e com todos os utensilios e equipamentos para umas excelentes férias. O único senão, e isso é uma preferência pessoal, é o fato de ser num 1⁰ piso, e não ter acesso direto a exterior e grelhador. Anfitrião espetacular, com muita preocupação para que tudo corra pelo melhor. A repetir.

A minha estadia no aldeamento Pedras del Rei foi simplesmente inesquecível. Desde a recepção rápida até às acomodações confortáveis tudo superou as minhas expectativas. A localização é ideal com fácil acesso à praia e à encantadora vila de Santa Luzia. As infraestruturas do aldeamento são excelentes, sendo um óptimo ambiente para relaxar. Recomendo vivamente.

Uitstekend verblijf

Mooi verblijf, compleet en effectief ingericht. Prima voorzieningen. De park faciliteiten kunnen gebruikt worden, o.a. parkeren en treintje naar het strand. Het is wel even trappen klimmen naar het appartement en is geen mogelijkheid om buiten op een eigen terras/balkon te zitten. Mooie plek om vandaar ook de omgeving te verkennen.

Belle découverte

Un appartement conforme au site Abritel. Un emplacement de choix, bien placé, dans ce grand complexe village/hôtelier de la Ria Formosa. Un joli appartement joliment rénové, avec goût et très tendance, très cosy. Le propriétaire est très avenant et répond assez vite à vos questions. Il essaye toujours de vous mettre dans les meilleures conditions pour préparer votre séjour. Très belle expérience. Allez-y en toute confiance !
