Pleasant and modern duplex 50 m from the beach
Goertz & Partner offers you this pleasant and modern duplex. You will find this one bedroom apartment on the first floor of the Bahia building which is only 50m from the beach and restaurants. On entering on your left you will find a kitchen and dining area. Following you have a sofa and a TV cabinet overlooking a terrace ideal for breakfast. From the living – dining room you will find a staircase that leads to the upper part of the duplex. On the first floor you have a huge bedroom with a balcony and superb views of the canal. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has an air conditioner in the dining room and another in the bedroom.
Sheets and towels not included in our rentals (possibility to rent for 25 € / person). The bed is 180x200 (cm) and the two cushions are 70x40 (cm).Consum: E - 126 Emission: D - 21
