Beautifully renovated apartment in the lively heart of the Old Town, the Barri Vell.The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with great attention to detail. Traditional elements have been preserved and/or partly restored to their original state.It is spacious, has all modern conveniences and has three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a desk (for homeworkers).
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with a spacious entrance but no elevator. However, the stairs are not very high and steep.You enter the apartment in the living/dining room. There is a dining table for six and a spacious, comfortable sofa. There is a smart TV and of course there is fast internet throughout the apartment. There is a powerful air conditioning unit in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and had everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and a double bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed (two single beds next to each other), and the third bedroom also has a twin bed plus there is a spacious desk.The apartment has windows on two sides, and you can look out on Carrer de la Cort Reial and Carrer dels Ferreries Velles. There are balconies but they are not really spacious enough to sit on.

The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).
