This is truly a one off experience! Playa Paraiso is a holiday for all kinds of enjoyment. Surrounded by the finest beaches on the Island that offer water sports or pure relaxation.... There is a fresh water swimming pool , roof terrace and parking. The apartment is finished to a very high standard and captures the views from the living room, kitchen and private balcony area. Just a 10 min walk to the famous Sotavento beach where the world wind & kite surfing championships are held in July and August. With miles of golden sand, this is the perfect place for romantic strolls and relaxation.


Location: Playa Paraiso is situated outside Costa Calma, 45 minutes drive from Fuerteventura airport. We believe that Car Hire is essential to take full advantage of the scenic beauty of this area. This is a good base from which to explore the South of Fuerteventura with it's kilometres of unspoilt sand dunes, the wild beaches of Cofete, the caves at Ajuy or the American Star shipwreck. Smoking is permitted within the complex however we would appreciate if you would refrain from smoking in apartment and animals/pets are not allowed during occupancy.

Sotavento Beach : The apartment is located directly above the famous beach' Sotavento' this is a place to chill out or for the more active, perfect for all kinds of water sports. There is a bar surrounded with sun loungers and the RENI ELGI boarding & kiting hire office. A beautiful/relaxing location!

It was great to be back in Leslie and Tracy’s apartment after 3 years. The property was very clean, recently refurbished and very comfortable with everything you need.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Fuerteventura. Die Wohnung hat einen sensationellen Ausblick, Strand ist auch zu Fuss erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles picobello sauber. Man benötigt jedoch einen Mietwagen. Empfehlenswert - gerne wieder

Phantastischer Blick

Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es sind sogar Strandstühle, Windschutzzäune, Sonnenschirm und ein paar Strand-Spielsachen für Kinder vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon und Wonraum ist ansolut phantastisch. Im Dezember hat man bis maximal 11.00 Sonne auf dem Nord-Ostbalkon. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind begrenzt, am steilen Abhang haben wir mit Kindern nicht so gerne geparkt aber es gibt noch weitere Parkmöglichkeiten wenn man ein kleines Stück geht. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Wir haben die Lage nicht direkt im Ortskern genossen, dieser ist jedoch mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, ebenso der wunderschöne Strand.

Tolle Wohnung in einer traumhaften Lage

Die Wohnun von Leslie & Tracey war die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt auf Fuerteventura. Sie liegt auf einem Hügel am Ende der Costa Calma und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Bucht, allerdings braucht man einen Mietwagen, alleine schon fürs Einkaufen. Parkplätze sind aber immer genug vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! V.a. die vielen Handtücher und die Waschmaschine waren ideal, die Betten waren außerdem sehr gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

very nice stay at this cosy appartment

Our stay was very nice and we very much enjoyed our stay at this cosy appartment, especially the views, particularly at sun rise was spectacular. During the time when we were staying at this place the owner replaced the sofa with a brandnew one which was comfortable to sit on and nice for watching TV. When we arrived it was a bit difficult to open the door. We mentioned this to the owner and they responded in a very short time and replaced The lock. So the communication with the owner was great and they did all to solve any problem as quickly as possible. The kitchen was well equipped and myself loved to have a Nespresso machine there, so that I could use my own capsules which I brought with me from home. We certainly want to come back to enjoy again this very nice place.

Necesita una limpieza general urgente, nada más entrar ya notas que no huele bien. Las fundas de la cama y el sofá están hechas polvo y el cheslong roto. La terraza no se puede usar por el fuerte viento y la piscina tan apenas por lo mismo. La parte buena es que tiene muy buenas vistas, la cocina tiene de todo y el baño es aceptable. No volveré.

Disappointed

The buiding is nice with a beautiful view, but we were very disappointed by equipment of this appartment. Many things are very basic (like plates) and beds are not confortable, the worst is the sofa very inconfortable... And in the kitchen the electricity near the sink is dangerous!!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in dieser schönen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kleinere Probleme konnten direkt vor Ort gelöst werden. Die Wohnanlage war, als wir dort waren sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Probleme mit der Zufahrt und dem Parken hatten wir nicht, da wir immer unterhalb der Anlage geparkt haben. Hier gab es immer ausreichend Parkplätze. Es ist allerdings empfehlenswert, ein Auto dabei zu haben, da die Wohnung etwas "weit vom Schuß liegt", daher kann man dort allerdings Ruhe und Erholung finden und den traumhaften Ausblick geniessen.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick über das Meer

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und in einer gepflegten Anlage. Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Es ist soweit alles was benötigt wird vorhanden. Der Pool der Anlage wird täglich gereinigt und ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Leslie sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke auch für die Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Die Anlage liegt ein klein wenig außerhalb von Costa Calma, ein Mietwagen ist daher unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch kann da der Vermieter nichts dafür. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Fuerteventura und würden auch wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

la résidence est très agréable, la route d'accès mériterait d'être refaite, avec les places de stationnement sur le côté la propriétaire a eu le souci permanent de nous faire passer un bon séjour, ce qui fut le cas Fuerteventura est une ile qui a du caractère et qui laisse découvrir ses charmes petit à petit très bon séjour

Great owner..OK property

Isolated location and no sun on terrace in afternoon but well equipped and should anything go wrong you can be sure it will be fixed..Good new kitchen and new shower..I would book again if travelling solo but a while to get out in the evenings due to location.

Wonderful location

The flat was very well located and accurately described. Leslie was very helpful and communications between us was helpful. We found lots of great places to eat, although a car is essential unless your a very good walker. Breakfast on the balcony watching the sunrise was really amazing.

Wohnung mit Weitblick

Die Wohnung war sauber und der Ausblick wirklich mit „Weitsicht“. Leider verschwindet die Sonne schon Mittags hinter diesem Gebäudekomplex :-( Da der Vermieter noch eine zweite Wohnung in dem anderen Komplex hat und die Fotos von beiden vermischt sind, ist es vorher nicht wirklich klar, welche Wohnung wie aussieht ! Das schon von anderen Mietern beschriebene Sofa ist in der Tat eine wirklich „harte Sache“ :-( Den sehr netten Vermieter haben wir kurz persönlich kennengelernt. Er kümmert sich bei Bedarf bestens und schnell um seine Gäste :-)

Sehr zufrieden außer einer....

Wie sind sehr zufrieden von unserer Urlaub aber eine gefällt uns nicht nämlich Zufahrtsstraße zum unsere Objekt. Das ist eine Schotterstraße mit Löcher. Am 1. Tag böse Überraschung auf dem Parkplatz, unsere Auto war voll gekratzt mit abgebrochene Scheibenwischer. Am nächste Tage haben wir andere Opfer -Autos auf dem selbe Parkplatz gesehen. Haben wir Eindruck gehabt dass jemand uns allem etwas damit sagen wollte.... nämlich dass sollten wir in dieser Stelle nicht parken. Statt richtige Markierung auf dem Asphalt zu machen, haben die jeniger unsere Auto bzw Autolack beschädigen. :( Mussten wir natürlich Polizei informieren und so weiter.... Sonst aber war super Urlaub !!! :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben die Woche in der Anlage sehr genossen. die Lage ist phantastisch und mit dem Auto kann man alles was man braucht in 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weist einige Mängel auf. (Couch im Wohnzimmer riecht muffelig und die Matratze der Couch ist durchgelegen/durchgesessen) Eine Schublade in der Küche ist kaputt, das Besteck (Messer) alt. Spiel, Cd's etc. waren nicht geordntet und lagen lieblos in einer Schublade. Das Fenster war nicht geputzt. Leider war auch nicht alles so besonders sauber. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, sehr freundlich und die Anfahrt zur Anlage sehr gut beschrieben.

An eagle's eye view

This apartment is in a block that stands almost completely on its own on the slopes above Playa de Sotavento where the world windsurf championships are held each year. It has great views of the whole coast and is light and airy. A wonderful place to stay if you like walking, jogging or watersports - or if you just want to see the view. There is parking available but all access roads are unsealed. And you need to be fit to climb up from the beach. We understand that the owner is about to update the kitchen area which will make it even more desirable. A great place to stay!

Proprièté très bien située, vue magnifique. Par contre dans l'appartement quelques points négatifs comme évier de cuisine qui fuit et il manque le bouchon pour fermer l'évier , tiroir qui se déboite , le ménage n'était pas fait ce qui ne justifie pas la somme règlée mais cependant vacance inoubliable.
