Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the modern holiday home Apartamento Relax and Dream is located in Pajara. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace where the solar lights create a lovely atmosphere. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and the gardens of the beautiful residence.

The holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization, and only 10 minutes away from the beach, a pharmacy and a supermarket.

Free parking is available on the street.

Pets are allowed upon request, please get in touch with the host in advance.

Air conditioning is not available.

The property is equipped with photo detectors linked to the alarm system. These detectors capture pictures only if the alarm is activated. However, when guests are staying in the flat, the alarm system is always deactivated to ensure their privacy.

Smoking inside the house and parties are strictly forbidden. Flexibility for check out (until 12:00) is available under request.

Perfect appartment

Very nice property with a nice pool and walking distance to the beach. Communication with Cristina was easy and she made sure that we had everything we needed. She welcomed us with a big bowl of fruits and some snacks. We had a great stay and I strongly recommend it. 5 minutes to Morro Jable's downtown, which is nice!

Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnhausanlage. Großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen. Gemütliche Betten, Fernseher vorhanden, hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Minimarkt ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt, es gibt auch noch einen größeren Supermarkt im Ort. Der Strand ist ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt, öffentlicher wunderschöner Strand, wo es zahlreiche Eichhörnchen gibt, die sind sehr süß und belästigen auch nicht. Es gibt ein Restaurant gleich neben dem Apartment, eher gehoben, aber sehr freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spül- und Waschmaschine(auch für Langzeitaufenthalt),Kaffee,Tee,Salz,Pfeffer,Spülmittel uws.auch vorhanden. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ,die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich war,einwandfrei. Frühstück auf derTerrasse mit Meerblick perfekt. 5 min. zum Strand fußläufig,aber Auto zum Einkaufen notwendig.

Erholsame Zeit.

Pros: Schöne helle Wohnung im zweiten Stock in ruhiger Wohnanlage mit tollem Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Küche ist mit den Basisutensilien zum Kochen und Geschirr ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit viel Schrankplatz. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind prima. Der Kontakt mit Cristina war nett und unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick

Die Anreise war problemlos und durch die Beschreibung der Vermieterin Cristina leicht zu finden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem und der Meerblick vom Balkon einfach wunderschön. Cristina war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich bei Fragen oder Wünschen sofort darum gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
