Spacious, comfortable lodge for a truly restful getaway

Unwind in our peaceful and cosy lodge, just a 10‑minute walk from the beach and a short drive from the beautiful woods and heathlands of the New Forest. Nestled within the picturesque Shorefield Country Park - 100 acres of landscaped parkland on the southern edge of the forest - it’s an ideal base for exploring both coast and countryside.

Perfect for families, couples, and pets, the lodge offers a relaxing retreat in one of the quieter areas of the park. In the warmer months, enjoy the south‑facing deck, a lovely spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventures.

The price includes FREE leisure passes so that you can access all the park facilities including swimming pool, amusement arcade, tennis and football pitch, restaurant, bar and club.

Lovely lodge, light and airy very comfortable and well equipped. Nice touches for guests with games, magazines and area information. Also a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely lodge very dog friendly with nice little touch of blanket basket. Our girls made themselves at home straight away! The site itself was very well maintained the shop well stocked and the and the closeness to the beach meant for a nice walk. All in all a good stay, thank you So sorry I broke a glass

Very nice property. Has all that’s needed including two walking wardrobes which is a huge plus as means you’re not tripping over bags and struggling to fit things in. Really spacious and the nicest we’ve stayed in to date.

Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely stay in Julia's property. Would recommend.Clean and tidy and everything you could need for a stay. I think the only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. King size bed was on the soft side but comfortable. Only minor issue was that the master bedroom backs onto to the fridge freezer on the other side of the wall, and the fridge freezer was a bit noisy in the night, as the location was very quiet, you can hear the humming noise.Indoor and outdoor pool were nice.The beachcomber restaurant was disappointing for lunch. Katsu curry and beef burger were below par, and quite expensive. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner in the property for the rest of the stay.

A lovely property with plenty of room. Ideal location for access to seafront. Good family facilities on site. A great deck with space for entertaining and South facing!

Beautiful location & lovely place to stau

Absolutely loved the location and property. Very clean, Julia was very accommodating with a late addition of my daughters friend who came with us.Property was very clean and had what we needed. Communication with Julia was excellent and she replied very quickly.Check in information was sent in good time and the whole process was very simple.Would recommend this property for sure. Nice little touch with a bottle of wine and a welcome card.Thank you Julia and we would stay again if we head back to the New Forrest.

Lovely immaculate property. Very spacious and has all the mod cons. Was more of a bungalow than a lodge and even had a bath. Had a little hiccup with the water but a engineer came within 30mins and all was sorted. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you.

Fabulous cabin!

Fabulous cabin. Brilliant facilities - even a bath. Good location on the site and for walking to the costal path. Lovely welcome pack from Julia and even a Christmas tree! We had a great Christmas here and hope to come back.

Our Family Holiday at Shorefield

I can't fault it! The property was spotless and exactly as described. Julia was extremely helpful when we needed to amend the dates if our original booking due to a change of circumstances. The site itself was very clean and well cared for - lots of fog waste bins and recycling bins dotted discreetly about. The lodge was in a quiet area of the park - tho though none of the park is really noisy to be honest. My boys loved the pools. The woodland walk was ideal for our little dog and was a cool, shady sanctuary for a walk on even the hottest days. (It reached 30 degrees while we were there!) All in all a wonderful place for a relaxing stay. We hope to return. Thank you.

Ideal location for spending time with our family.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped how ever an additional towel per person would have been nice. One hand towel for two bathrooms is not enough (not for pool or beach use) Our overall stay was very nice and would use the lodge accommodation again.
