3 By The Sea, Ground Floor Apartment By The Sea

This stylish apartment would suit either two couples, with one couple on the luxury sofa bed or two adults and two children. I can also supply a single put you up should you have an extra child.
The space
The bedroom is spacious, the lounge is a large area with two comfy seating areas, one looking out onto the garden where you can fully open the bifolds. There’s also a dining table and bench and should you wish to eat outside we have a table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a nice meal. The bathroom is newly renovated, as is the whole apartment.
Guest access
You have full access to the whole property with front and rear entrances.
Other things to note
NB : In the garden we have a small pond that we would like to make you aware of should you have young children.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at this property, it was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and made some lovely suggestions for places to visit and eat. We would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing little gem

The apartment was fantastic. Comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The garden was perfect to enjoy the wonderful weather and our dog loved it. We will definitely be booking to stay again. Karen was an excellent host

Superb accommodation

Karen’s apartment was a real pleasure to stay at. Everything was spotless and the garden was so peaceful. Conveniently located opposite the beach. Karen was an excellent host and we look forward to returning again soon.

Perfect location

Just as advertised. Also, you can see the sea from the bedroom bay window. Neighbours quiet. Spacious rooms. Great shower. I'm a bad sleeper but the comfy bed saw me get 7 hours! Everything you need is here. My dogs enjoyed it too, especially having a private secure garden.

Short break

It was a pleasure to stay at Karen's '3 by the sea' apartment. It certainly is by the sea, we could hear the waves lapping the shore at night. Great location just a stroll along the sea front into the centre of Worthing and the Pier. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very spacious. The garden is fabulous with a patio area that caught the afternoon/evening sun, a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner. Karen was the perfect host. Thank you Karen for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely place, friendly host.

A beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious property with parking. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower in the bathroom was lovely. There is a spacious front room with bifold doors on to a beautiful garden which was absolutely perfect for us and our small dog. Karen was so helpful and friendly throughout. She made us feel very welcome. The property is a stones throw to the beach and within walking distance of the many restaurants and pubs. There are some excellent places to eat and Worthing is a very dog & family friendly place. Thank you Karen. We hope to return at some post soon!
