The location is perfect and central to everything and Worthing. The unit is extremely clean and comfortable. Catherine was a fantastic host and she gave me a great tour of the unit and showed me how to use everything. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a convenient location in Worthing and something that's clean and comfortable.

Great house, very clean throughout, including all the extras such as towels and bed linen. The kitchenware was spotless, the Wi-Fi excellent, and parking was relatively easy. Tip: buy a Zone B parking permit when you make your booking. There’s an M&S Food store nearby, about a 6-minute walk away. The beach directly opposite does not allow dogs during the summer, but there is a dog-friendly beach about 2 km away. The view across the English Channel is superb, and an excellent pair of binoculars is provided so you can really make the most of it.A parasol, two beach chairs and a beach mat are also provided. It can be a little noisy at times, but that’s understandable given the beachfront location. The beds are extremely comfortable, there’s a lovely flat-screen TV, and the washer/dryer is excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed everything. I would definitely recommend this property.
