If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Lovely villa. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. The agents were so attentive and gave us a lot of information. Also, the owner personally made us very very welcome. I highly recommend Oak Tree Cottage.

Our perfect holiday. This is just what we wanted; clean, spacious, and a lovely pool to relax in! This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location with FANTASTIC sea views. There is a beautiful beach within a 10-minute drive where we enjoy an early morning stroll. Nearby are some nice restaurants, where we already tried the most delicious specialties. We are coming again for sure.

Chill out with total privacy

The villa is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. Chill by the pool with great views or drive to town or beaches or places to eat within 10 to 15 minutes away. Note the driveway off the road to the villa is quite bumpy so be prepared for this. We had just a Fiat Panda and it managed this OK. Cleaners are reliable and friendly and the manager is on the ball. Would stay again.

All perfect!!! When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was restful at night. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Local people were very friendly and this place offers a lot of local specialties to try. Thank you for our wonderful holiday.

Wow - an amazing villa in a quiet idyllic setting if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Only a few miles from lovely Skopelos town, where we enjoyed many super meals. Also close to some beautiful beaches. Be warned the last kilometre to the villa is a very bumpy track so you might want a 4x4. The only thing I’d recommend to the owner is to upgrade the sun beds to make them more comfortable. Overall, a lovely relaxing week in beautiful Skopelos.

Excellentes vacances sur l’île de Skopelos

Au milieu d’une végétation incroyable, la maison domine la baie de Skopelos. Une terrasse ombragée par une pergola très bien conçue tamise l’espace extérieur. Équipement au top et de qualité. On a passé un très bon séjour. On a adoré Skopelos !!!

Ein wunderschönes Cottage in einer TOP Lage

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Oak Tree Cottage! Das Haus ist sehr schön, hat allen Comfort, mit einer tollen Lage (liegt zwar abseits), aber man hat Meerblick und die totale Ruhe. Das Cottage ist ideal für 2 Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten alles was wir brauchen. Mietwagen ist notwendig! Absolut empfehlenswertes Cottage

The description is accurate and we felt safe and secure both at the villa and within Skopelos generally. There is a wonderful swimming pool with amazing sea views. We really liked spending our time in the villa using the pool. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

Love this villa so much. Oak Tree Cottage was spotlessly clean & well-presented. The pool area was really beautiful and we spent more of our time in the outdoor area. While we were there we visited Paralia Glisteri and Limnonari Beach and really enjoyed their beauty. We had the most wonderful holiday ever!

Everything was perfect. It was very clean with lots of space, a nice bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. The pool was really big and gave us enough space to enjoy ourselves as we were 4 people.
