Spacious villa with seaview located in the peaceful urbanization Es Valls between the famous Sa Riera beach and the old town of Begur.

Entrance to the property is via a hallway leading to the large living/dining room with access to theveranda and the garden with the 8 x 4,5 m kidney-shaped pool. The garden has various sitting areas to enjoy the sun as well as the shadow. The veranda has a large dining table for 8 people, with stunning views overlooking the sea and the hills.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine.

On the ground floor, you also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroomand access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with airconditioning.

On the top floor there are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a double bedroom. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom. All bedrooms have seaview, and two bedrooms have acces to a large terrace with beautiful views. All bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning.

All bathrooms are equipped with a large walk-in-shower, a toilet and bidet and a (double) sink.

In the basement, there is a large garage with a washing machine and dryer and a ping-pong table.
