The self catering apartment is located in the centre of Playa las Americas offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is fully furnished comprising of living area with TV and wireless internet, a fully fitted kitchen with all essentials, bedrooms with built in wardrobes and relaxing balconies. Tenerife's weather is good all year round with temperatures that range from 20 to 30 degrees offering a perfect getaway at any time of the year.

L’appartement est très bien situé à côté de tout le duplex est super, si vous voulez cuisiner la cuisine est toute équipé. Le seul point négatif c’est qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation. À part ça, Gavin a un super appart

Chouette appartement bien placé

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement qui est très bien placé et qui offre un très bel espace de vie. Sur 2 étages, la salle du bain à été rénovée les 2 chambres sont grandes. En bas, 1 cuisine assez bien équipée, machine à laver (assez sale à notre arrivée) salon avec TV et accès à netflix (top) et terrasse. Le seul petit hic c'est qu'il n'y a jamais de soleil car hôtel est juste à côté de l'appartement (en été cela doit être bien car pas trop chaud) Nous avons rencontré un souci d'eau durant le séjour ce qui justifie le 3* que je mets sinon ce serait 4*. Le nettoyage était fait en surface, mais nous avons nettoyé ce que nous utilisons donc ce n'est pas vraiment un souci sauf le verre cassé sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et essaie tant bien que mal de nous aider ils sont également arrangeant au niveau des heures d'arrivée et de sortie. Je recommande vraiment l'appartement en dehors du souci d'eau involontaire du propriétaire tout s'est bien passé Merci à vous

Lovely Condo in Playa De Las Americas.

We had a lovely break here over Christmas 2020 we were so happy to get away from the UK and felt totally safe (pandemic wise) in the apartment and Playa de Las Américas. We'd definitely stay here again. It's a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots to do locally. I felt so sorry for the bars and restaurants as there was hardly anyone there. It is in a residential complex with no other tourists. We're not massive fans of brits abroad (other than us, lol) so that suited us down to the ground. There was an all inclusive next door and we could see all the comings and goings with a birds eye view from our balcony. It was better than telly!! It's also really close to the motorway and there are decent supermarkets locally. Loads of free parking on the street outside.

Fabulous apartment A+

We loved this apartment. 2 adults and a 14 and 10 year old stayed. Plenty of space for us all. Had everything we needed in it. Wifi. Washing machine. Big tv. Beds were super comfortable. Really big shower. Can walk to any place from the location. Very close to beach, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Very good communication with the owners. Pool is basic but there was pool beds available. Was about 5 to 7 min walk to an amazing beach. There is a lot of steps up to apartment but this was no problem to us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Definitely would book again.

Good apartment in a great location

Apartment was clean and tidy, spacious, constant hot water and a good kitchen area. Pool was good and quiet, had it to ourselves most mornings. 5 minute walk to centre and Safari Centre but quiet at night so good nights sleep! Klaus was very hospitable and the steaks at his Flamingo Restaurant were fab. All in all we had a great stay here. Worth noting there are 42 steps to apartment and no lift. Only thing is television does not have any English channels and would have been nice if it did. Apart from that we all had a great time and I would recommend it.

Duplex in Tenerife

This is a great complex stayed hear for a month in April . The property is in the centre of las Américas with private access , we stayed in the two bedroom property witch has plenty of room for four people large living room / kitchen , and access to a large swimming pool and sun loungers , the owners are very nice and helpful people , there are a few steps because it is on the third floor but that did not bother us , we had a great time and the location is great , would definitely recommend

Lovely spacious apartment

Enjoyable stay in a clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in both bedrooms. Modern bathroom upstairs. Balconies. Washing machine and safe. Downstairs toilet and kitchen area clean but will probably be refurbished in the future. Good location. Very near bus stops. Very happy with accommodaion.

42 steps up to the main floor and another 16 to the bedrooms is a lot for an old couple.

However, well compensated by the helpful attitude of Klaus, the administrator of the apartment. More light over sofa (and over kitchen bench) would be good to be able to read through the considerable collection of books. TV channels in Spanish and Arabsat with 3 - 4 English speaking channels could easily be extended by internet TV as WiFi connection excellent. Stayed six weeks Nov/Dec 2018 SMB & R

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment .

The description of the apartment was accurate , the property was clean and well maintained. We didn't do any cooking as we dined out, we did us the washing machine and had no issues. Normally run out of hot water when it comes to shower time on holiday, not so on this occasion which was great .Was nice to be able to relax before getting ready to go out in the evening , only a 10 minute walk to a lovely Beach, Beach beds are 6 Euros per day.In the evening the Restaurants and Bars are a short walk away, being on a residential block we found it nice and quite when in the apartment and would recommend to family and friends. Favourite places to visit for me was the Gaelic Bar and the Magic Bar, both have live lively music, Restaurants ? Well there is everything for everyone's taste here.

Disappointing Appt but holiday good.

Dont get me wrong, or take this the wrong way, we had a good time in Playa. The Appt is quite nice but it is really not a holiday appt. It is in a residential block. The poorly fitted doors made it quite difficult. The main bedroom door fits so tightly that to open it in the night is like a gunshot ! It sticks at the top and cannot be opened quietly. The bathroom door is very hard to close and cannot be locked, the same for the Cloakroom door. The 2nd bedroom had a similar problem, all need attention. it is a little out of the way, we never used the pool, it was too cool. However it is furnished to a good standard and is clean and comfortable. some instructions on shower would be helpful. Sadly my daughter found all the stairs harder than we thought, it is 40 steps and quite steep.

Great apartment, ideal location would stay again!

From the moment I booked this rental kinda and Gavin were very helpful, always quick to answer any questions I had. I came here with a group of runners to train at the athletics stadium which was less than 5 min walk. The overall location is ideal it is literally across the road from Zentral central which if you are going to travel around the island all buses go from here. So close to the main road of playa de Las Americas. I love tenerife and this definitely has been one of the best locations. The Wi-Fi in apartment is very fast and no issues downloading programms to my iPad. Our hot water for shower etc went faulty during our stay however Gavins dad who works in the below cafe bar did everything he could to try to get someone out to fix it. We were without hot water for a few days but this was out of his control and sometimes these things happy but he was very good to keep me informed when someone was coming out so I didn't feel this was an issue at all. The bedrooms are spacious and overall had a great stay here.

Great location, great apartment

We are a family of 4 and Stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas, the apartment is in an ideal area, 5 mins from Playa beach, 15 from los Cristianos beach. The apartment had all the essentials for eating in, although we tended to eat out most days as there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Another added bonus was the WIFI which ran at +40mps, which was more than enough to keep the kids happy with all their devices. Would definitely book again, but somebody beat me to Xmas 2018 !!

Lovely Stay.

We stayed in this two bedroom apartment for three weeks from Nov 7 to 28th 2017. Everything was as described, very spacious with lots of room. There were only two of us staying this time but hopefully we can book again for next year and our daughter and grand daughter can join us, there's ample room for four and the downstairs toilet is a bonus. The apartment is brilliantly situated, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Playa de las Americas with a large selection of shops, bars and some very smart restaurants within easy reach. It's also right on the bus route so very easy to get anywhere on the island, the Zentral Center bus stop is less than 100m away. Absolutely no problem collecting the keys, they are handled by Gavins mother Linda who along with her partner Klause own the Flamingo restaurant and bar next to the gated entrance to the apartments. We never used the pool area but it certainly looked OK, we spent our lazy days on the beach. We would certainly like to return here someday, we felt very sad when it came time to leave. Roll on next time!!

Just back from 2 weeks staying here and couldn't fault it perfect location for walking to beach bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and had everything needed for comfortable stay Linda and Klaus were very friendly and helpful nice personal touch pool was nice not busy any days sometimes had it to ourselves. They also have restaurant out front called the flamingo,was great food from Klaus best steak he had anywhere hubby said also all fresh and homemade Klaus is amazing!! Overall lovely apartment lovely people sort any issues good value great restaurant thanx for lovely holiday x

Not the average apartment block.

The apartment block is mainly residential, but we did know that when we booked and it made no difference to our stay. We are not into the rah rah loud music around the pool so were pleasantly surprised to find the pool area mostly empty. Our apartment was just what we wanted - plenty of space and storage space. Fully equipped kitchen and the biggest outside terrace we have ever had. Check in was easy and Linda was friendly and helpful - lived next door so we could easily have spoken to her if necessary. The apartment is a 10 minute stroll from the nearest beach and minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. We loved this apartment and its location so much we have already booked for next year.
