Renovated and fully equipped semi-detached villa located on the frontline of the Maspalomas Beach area with wonderful seaviews, salorium terrace and private parking, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the best location of the south of Gran Canaria.
Renovated and fully equipped semi-detached villa located on the frontline of the Maspalomas Beach area with wonderful seaviews, salorium terrace and private parking, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the best location of the south of Gran Canaria.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large glass windows, a toilet and a wide private terrace with outdoor shower and outdoor seating, sun bathing and dining areas. The first floor is built as a loft and consists of a double bedroom with king size bed and wonderful views, a dressing room and a full bathroom ensuite with shower, a spacious workspace with views, and a long outdoor terrace with seating area and wonderful seaviews.
The house is surrounded by a private terrace with direct access to the beach promenade and a private parking space for one vehicle. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the house. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area at a walking distance. The airport is 30 minutes away.
