Coral is situated in the enviable harbour basin area, only a short stroll from town. Feel welcomed into this airy apartment with its wonderful bow-fronted windows and sea views. The coming and going of fish town life is sure to offer pleasant people-watching entertainment, so sit in one of the window tub chairs while enjoying the welcome pack provided with each booking: hot drinks, milk, and complimentary wine.

The king-size en-suite bedrooms ensure maximum comfort. The master bedroom has a
Jack-and-Jill style en-suite with a shower over a bath, while the second bedroom's en-suite has a
walk-in shower and heated towel rails.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is clean and contemporary. The kitchen is well-appointed and
benefits from a sleek, functional minimalist style that characterises the apartment. In the lounge diner area, the sofas offer comfort, and the four-seat dining table is perfect for discussing your adventures, whether they be harbourside crabbing or a boat trip to Dartmouth.

The utility room provides a sink and washer/dryer for a few extra conveniences. Most convenient of all, however, is the dedicated parking a few minutes' walk away on the harbourside below. And even if you prefer to stay inside, the wifi will keep you connected to the world beyond.

5 Star Accommodation with Stunning Views of the Harbour and Bay

This accommodation lives up to everything I saw in tgecadvertising, the condition and cleanliness is immaculate and every amenity has been provided. Very spacious and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The views are stunning and otcwas a joy to.sit in tge bay window each morning with that first cup.of coffee. You are literally one minutes walk from the harbour and main shopping street and yet ot was peaceful at night. The road outside is busy and narrow but the traffic does not intrude or spoil the experience. One to note on arrival don't try to drop off luggage outside it is a no loading zone, the local warden is not a joyful human being and hides in the garage entrance a few doors down as he knows people arrive at 4pm on a Saturday. I got fined then saw there are two marked loading bays a bit further down the street, so look for those. Although this wasn't the warmest welcome to Torbay, it was entirely my own fault and was soon forgotten with the lovely week that we had at Coral.

Great location!

We love staying at The Coral, the harbour views are super whatever the weather. Harbourside parking is a bonus.The only issue really is the lounge seating could do with professional cleaning, it obviously gets a lot of use which is understandable but it would be great if it was cleaned sometimes.

We love this flat

This is the third year of staying at Coral, and we're already planning our booking for next summer. It's a beautiful flat, so comfortable and well designed. It's also incredibly handy for town and the beaches, and the view of the harbour from the front windows is glorious. The only slight complaint is that the water pipes are still noisy when the taps are on, but we can live with that!

Beautiful Coral

Another lovely stay at Coral. I think this was our 7th or 8th stay here. It is a perfect location with stunning views of the harbor and easy access to all the terrific restaurants in Brixham and the shops! It is home away from home for us when we visit Brixham once or twice a year! Comfy beds, a smart tv, and a well stocked kitchen. We did buy 2 fans for our use there as its summer. And we met the owner one day and he is lovely!!!

WOW What a holiday destination!!!!

As you will see from your records we have stayed at The Coral many, many times. We absolutely love Brixham and the location of The Coral with the added bonus of parking included. Location, Location Location. If I had any comment on something that could better it would be the lounge seating could do with the upholstery cleaning. I understand that many people use the flat so it has lots of use. The flat itself is really clean, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, good kitchen facilities , it's just the settees and armchairs that could do with some attention. This will not stop us returning as you will see we have 3 more holidays booked so please take this comment in the vain it was intended. Thank you Brixham Holidays for another lovely holiday. We will be back!!!

Location, Location, Location!!!!!!

We have stayed at The Coral a few times before the pandemic so were very happy to be returning again. The location is just perfect. The apartment is well stocked with all the essentials. It is central to all the amenities around the harbour. Good connections with buses and water taxis. Plenty of places to eat and drink and to "watch the world go by". Even if you are unlucky enough to have bad weather, you can sit in comfort and watch the trawlers coming and going.

Repeat happy Coral visitor

We love staying at Coral when we visit Brixham several times a year. It is a beautiful apartment with comfy beds and a stunning view of the harbor. Its like home away from home for us. I highly recommend this lovely property.

A great stay at Coral.

Had another great stay at Coral. As always the views are excellent from the living room and kitchen, dining room. There is also a public bench opposite the apartment if you fancy sitting outside. A free bottle of wine, and other things in the welcome pack including biscuits, milk, sugar and teabags are always a nice gesture. When I left to go back to Birmingham I hadn't realised until I unpacked that I left some gifts, snacks and my lunch bag in the fridge. The cleaner passed them over to the lovely staff at the office. who sent it back to me which I can't thank enough. Many thanks again on the lovely stay and great staff on getting my items back to me.

Coral vacation

Coral is a beautiful holiday flat in the best location! I have stayed here 4 times and will continue to book here on my twice yearly trips to Brixham from New York. It is so comfortable and I feel at home here. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds and couches are very comfy. So lovely to wake up to the stunning Brixham harbor every day!

Had amazing stay

We had amazing stay here. Was really close to town and harbour. We had an amazing stay even had barbecue on the beach which is a 10 min walk from coral is a lovely and clean place with everything you need.only thing that i could say is that we could of done with a dust pan and brush as we had to keep getting the hoover out to keep the place tidy and that would have made it easier. Will definitely be booking next year ❤️

Vary nice accommodation.

Vary nice flat right in the harbour of Brixham. Car parking vary convenient, but little bit of a hike up-to the flat at my age. The flat was clean, comfortable beds and well equipt. Lovely view of Brixham harbour from the lounge. Would book again, hopefully next year.

Beautiful flat in a great location

I kind of don't want to give Coral a glowing review, because I want to book it again for next year and I'm worried people will catch on! A gorgeous flat, very homey and comfortable, and stunning views of the harbour (and the lights of Torquay and Paignton at night, which is always lovely). The parking space was incredibly useful. The tea/coffee/sugar/milk/bikkies/wine waiting for us on arrival were very welcome! A great location, which was handy for everything, and surprisingly quiet for central Brixham! (I was expecting to be woken up by the trawler seagulls at 4am, but didn't hear a thing.) I will 100% try and book Coral again for next year, my son and I loved it.

Wonderful week in Brixham

We stayed in the Coral for one week and really enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely comfortable with magnificent views of the harbour. A really nice touch was the Bottle of wine and biscuits plus milk etc provided to us. The property was just a short walk to all the amenities and a real bonus was having its own private parking space on the harbour. We would definitely stay here again.
