The enchanting beach is definitely the highlight, along with the traditional fish couscous served in every bar and restaurant in town and the 'pani cunzatu', delicious local bread topped with tomato, cheese, anchovies and olive oil. And don't forget to try some 'cassatella', a typical sweet with ricotta cheese, sugar and chocolate drops - try it in one of the traditional pastry shops in Castellammare del Golfo, the ancient seaside town you'll pass on your way to Scopello or San Vito lo Capo, full of interesting monuments and beautiful beaches.

The space

Villa Sea Breeze is one of the very few villas in San Vito lo Capo offering a private swimming pool within walking distance of the beach. Renovated with a clean, bright style, the interiors are airy and comfortable, designed to stay cool even on the hottest summer days.

The villa is surrounded by a garden with palms, olive trees and native plants, and opens onto wide terraces that naturally extend the living spaces outdoors. Every level is arranged to give privacy, making the villa ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Outdoor areas

The terraces are fully furnished with dining and lounge areas, both in the sun and under shade. The covered pergola features an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, perfect for long al-fresco meals, afternoon rest or evening aperitifs.

From the terrace you step down to the pool area, equipped with sun loungers, a breakfast table, a hammock and an outdoor shower. Just behind the pool, children will enjoy a small playground and football pitch, while adults relax nearby.
