The Little Barn is situated in a quiet private location just off a charming road in Lower Slaughter that was in 2022 named as Britain's most romantic street. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Lower Slaughter is quintessential Cotswolds; a picturesque place of beautiful honey stone houses and cottages, many lining the pretty River Eye which runs through the village.
The Cotswold towns of Stow-On-The-Wold, Bourton-On-The-Water and Burford are all nearby, and Cheltenham is around a 30 minute drive away.
ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor

-The beautiful sitting room is the perfect place to relax
-Decorated in calming muted tones and with natural materials, it has a lovely stone fireplace and dual aspect windows to the front and rear of the home
-The sumptuous corner sofa is complemented by an ottoman and armchair, with a window seat overlooking the charming courtyard garden
-There is a smart TV for those cosy nights in
-The beautifully designed kitchen overlooks the front of the home and has been finished to an exemplary standard, with solid wood worktops, double butler sink, and Rangemaster cooker and hob
-It has integrated appliances which include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and separate freezer
-The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including beautiful crockery and glassware, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine
-The rear hallway has ample space for storing coats and shoes, and just off this hall is a cloakroom with WC and hand basin
-The stunning vaulted dining hall has flagstone floors, exposed stone walls and skylights
-The room is double aspect, so is wonderfully bright in the daytime, while fabulous ambient lighting makes it a perfect spot after dark too!
-There is a lovely dining table with chairs, plus an armchair overlooking the rear courtyard
-Stairs lead from the dining hall to the galleried landing on the first floor

First floor

-The light filled galleried landing leads to the bedroom, shower room, and separate luxurious bathroom with freestanding bath

-To the opposite end of the landing is the stunning shower room which has a large walk in shower with dual rainfall head and hand held shower; a window overlooking the side of the property is perfectly framed by the beautiful ceramic tiling
-There is a large hand basin and WC plus a heated towel rail
-The separate bathroom is an fabulously indulgent space to unwind
-It has a gorgeous double ended freestanding Burlington bath with shower attachment, two heated towel rails, plus an armchair and set of drawers
-The semi vaulted ceiling and spacious proportions of the room add to its grandeur - It is the perfect place for a glass of something bubbly after a walk in the countryside!

OUTSIDE

-There is a lovely wonderful courtyard garden with outdoor table, rattan corner sofa with cosy cushions, plus further seating
