This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment on the Mar Menor Boulevard has a large and sunny lounge/ diner with patio doors leading onto a covered tiled terrace where you can enjoy views over the countryside.



This is a great apartment in a fantastic location.



There are an abuncance of restaurants on the boulevard too – including (to name a few):

We felt very comfortable during our stay

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The accommodation was as described: spacious rooms, very comfortable, cool and with a cozy atmosphere that invited you to rest. Communication was good and constant at all times. The only downside is that sometimes the management was passed on to other people, which at first can generate some mistrust if you are not used to this way of working. Even so, everything was great and went as planned

I would recommend this property

Following an incident during another stay, we had to find a new emergency accommodation. As this is our accommodation, we contacted the host, who was very responsive, in order to finalise the reservation as soon as possible. It totally met our expectations and Joy (the person in charge of our arrival) was very welcoming and pleasant. Thanks to Murcia Holiday Rentals for your speed and efficiency. I would this property.

Pleasant getaway

The stay was very pleasant. The manager was waiting for us upon our arrival, and attentive to our requests. In the same way I took the calls with the different requests, as soon as possible. It was nice for me to live in that house for a few days.
